"Only half my order delivered"

Only half my order delivered. Paid for a blanket and hoodie, just received a hoodie. No explanation / email / documentation. Can't contact by phone got to wait for an email response. Really disappointed, was so looking forward to receiving the blanket.

Terrible experience. Ordered 4th November and still not arrived. Now won't be here in time for Christmas. Dates promised and not fulfilled. No communication from the company to explain delays unless I chased them. Lots of similar issues on Facebook and they only publish 'good' reviews on their website. Don't bother!!

"Claim to have dispatched but DPD have no received my delivery"

Like many of the others leaving reviews, I placed my order on the 5th Jan, later that day I received an email from DPD confirming my delivery for the 6th, it is now the 8th and DPD have still not received my parcel from Kudd.ly. I spoke to customer service via their Facebook (where they often read my message and fail to reply till I chase them), on the 6th they stated that is my order tracking was not updated the following day they would resend my order, however it it's now the 8th and my order has not been resent. Would not recommend to anyone.

Bought a weighted blanket which is amazing and really helps have a good night's sleep. The sliders are great too but sizing an issue and not consistent. Problem was sorted quickly though and good communication.

Very concerned I've been scammed, past delivery date and hasn't arrived. Fully appreciate we're in a pandemic but then don't take orders you can't fulfill.

I really don't like writing negative reviews but my first experience hasn't been good at all. I ordered a hooded blanket on 30th November for a Christmas present and was told that due to stock issues, it would take a week or so to dispatch. That's fair enough, still plenty of time I thought. I then receive an email on the 12th December to say that it's being 'prepared for dispatch' and a Royal Mail tracking code - yes, Royal Mail. Very first red flag there - everyone knew the dates of these strikes and the disruption they would bring, yet you still took the risk and used them as your courier. Nearly 10 days later and the tracking info hasn't changed at all, not one single update, just "The sender has advised they've dispatched your item to us". But what's even worse? I can see on here and on Twitter over the past week that you have dispatched more recent orders using DHL with "guaranteed Christmas delivery" for them. Aren't they the lucky ones huh! Meanwhile, with more Royal Mail strikes planned this week, I very much doubt that I will receive this item this year, let alone this week and now have to go last minute present hunting to find a suitable replacement.UPDATE - Spoke to Kudd.ly on FB messenger and a replacement was swiftly sent out which arrived yesterday.

My wife loves her weight blanket, it helps her sleep every night. Best thing I've ever got her.

"Scam"

This company advertises a 30 day return policy which gives you some confidence that you can try an item risk free. However they don't cover the return postage so if you find yourself having to return a king size, 7kg blanket, expect to pay about $20. Customer service non existent.

"Return postage an issue"

The items arrived on time, they look great, lovely quality (3 of them) but unfortunately I ordered the wrong sizes, and although the company does take returns, you have to pay the return postage yourself, and due to the weight of 3 Blankets I decided this wasn't for me, so I will just need to keep them and use them singularly on a double bed as will the recipients of the other 2
