"Weighted Blanked"

Bought this for my son as he gets very anxious and it has really helped! It is a bit too warm at the moment though so maybe more of a cold weather blanket.

"Absolutely rubbish."

Rubbish. Have had 10 days to dispatch the order and haven't. I'll be going through PayPal to receive my money back. You could've easily selected alternative couriers if that is the issue, many companies have. Or you've just not got the stock, you're taking people's money and then enjoying your Christmas, where people are $100s out of pocket. Shameful. Cancel the orders if you can't fulfil them.

"Useful addition to my wardrobe ??"

I was a bit skeptical about getting a hooded blanket; however I am very pleased with my purchase. The only thing I would say is that I wish it was full length. I still need a blanket over my knees. However the material seems soft and cosy but also breathable. I haven't washed it yet but hope it retains its texture.

"No stock, no deliveries"

Placed an order on 02/12 for in-stock items, 3-5 day delivery, for Christmas presents. I received an email the next day saying 1 out of the 6 items in my order was now out of stock, so nothing would be sent until that item restocked on 10/12. I had no further updates from them so queried the order yesterday (15/12), and got a generic reply that just said 'we won't leave you without your Christmas gifts and self-care treats, and we are making it a priority to deliver your order on time' but gives no indication of stock or actual delivery dates. It's so frustrating to have placed an order at the start of the month - and spent well over $100! - and now be stuck with no gifts for four people at Christmas. I wish I'd ordered from somewhere else.UPDATE 22/12 - I've had no response to emails and there is still no sign of my order. Why are you still taking orders if you can't meet demand?? The response below still doesn't give me any indication of when my order will actually arrive - 20+ days from order to delivery is not "timely" !

"Deliberately misleading"

I ordered some hoodies that were in stock according to website, with 3-5 day delivery. Received email 7 days ago saying that they were waiting on new stock before they could send my order. Heard nothing since.Deliberately misleading. Wouldn't of ordered if I new I was going to gets messed about

"Great products but the customer service."

Great products but the customer service is very poor. You get no notifications of the progress of your order. Eventually email them and then they tell you they have no stock available? Recently I sent an email as told my order would be with me in a week. Still nothing then get no reply!! Come on Kudly get your customer service up to the quality of your products.

"Not that impressed"

Bought two cooling, weighted blankets, one grey and one green. Like the green colour but the grey is more like off white. They feel nice but no miraculous changes to my sleep which a lot of reviews suggest.

"Was not sure if I should by the blanket."

Was not sure if I should by the blanket but am so glad I did has made a massive difference to my sleep and my aches in my legs
