Ok I need to share firstly the product! Absolutely amazing and I have the better branded one and yes it's better. However I had an unbelievable delivery of a second hand one sent that smelt disgusting with cigarettes. Then the cuffs were balled up from constant use. Clearly this was an employee who swapped his old one for a new one! To the companies credit they did send a new one but let's face it that is the law. So my advice is to make sure the one you get is vacuumed wrapped! If it's not is second hand

"Sliders say they come in half sizes, they don't."

Sliders say they come in half sizes: they do not. If you order a size 3 you will get a pair that say size 3-4.5. If you are at the upper end of that bracket then it's fine but if you aren't and you are made to think they produce specifically sized sliders in every half size then you will have a pair that don't really fit.Compound that with an unnecessarily short 14 day return period for footwear and a bundle discount which is only designed to stiff you out of getting a partial refund for your return.Avoid

"Absolute terrible customer service"

Absolute terrible customer service. I was sent the wrong item and they insisted that I have to pay for postage to send it back. Unfair.

I love my therapeutic blanket but the delivery took too long and the parcel was delivered to the post office.

"Quality good but to heavy and returns costly"

The quality of the product was good however the 9kg weighted one is not practical as it is to heavy to sleep under and exceptionally awkward to move on and off a bed due to the weight. I have returned this at a cost to me of $20! My recommendation would be to purchase through Amazon network not their website to ensure returns are covered.

"Recieved 2 pair of sliders yesterday"

Recieved 2 pair of sliders yesterday, thought they would help my feet. Although felt comfy to start with they have started to annoy my bunions, therefore I don't feel they mould to suit everyone's feet. Also I feel the light grey are not as wide as the pink.Please be aware if you buy these and they hurt your feet, you would need to pay for returning them at your own cost. I was offered a free pair if l kept these but what sense is that if they hurt my bunions. Sorry but l feel if product is causing you pain then should be free returns.

Ordered two hoodies which turned up and are great. Very warm and very comfy. Ordered two weighted blankets as my wife has fibromyalgia so hopefully these will help. Arrived today after a bit of a wait but we received them so all is good.

I ordered 2 kudd.ly weighted blankets both arrived perfect and very quickly. They have a lovely feel and the weight is just right for us. My only issue was the carrier used. My box with the blankets in was left on my doorstep when I was out as I was not notified in time to be in. The carrier had also photographed my box stating it was left with me not dumped at an empty flat door. I contacted kudd.ly and they were very helpful assuring me that if my package had been stolen it would be replaced free of charge in some circumstances. Kudd.ly were very helpful throughout. I would use them again with more delivery notice.
