"Kuddly Flip Flop"

The first pair I purchase was my usual size,(8) 42-43. I wore them on holiday but found they did not fit properly. My foot kept coming out and my heel was in a way dragging on the ground behind me, the cause being hat the cross piece from left to the right of the flip flop was too tight.Once I returned home, I purchase a size larger, a (9) 44-45. These are not much better either. I think that maybe you should make the Kuddly with an adjustalbe cross strap instead of a rigid one.I'm sorry, but in this case, the Kuddly are not as described!!

for the money I paid I was expecting something a tad thicker. Turns out it's actually a very thin fleece.... Could of bought two 6xl fleece hoodies from jacamo cheaper.

Love our Kudd.ly blankets. Truly muddle and snuggly. Been great for my sleep and our kids sleep and snuggly relaxing on the sofa. Really helpful for autistic and neurotypical family members

"Poor poor customer experience"

I'd give half a star but I can't. And you could have the greatest thing since sliced bread but if you can't deliver on the customer experience. For me it isn't a great experience with this company, It is currently really shoddy. I can't comment on the quality of goods since I don't have them yet. I placed an order on sat 17th for 2 identical hoodies but I realised my order was incorrect and I emailed on Monday 8.30am to ask for a simple change of colour. The only way to contact the company is email as they don't publish any other contact details. This was my first mistake as I should've emailed and cancelled the order and re ordered correctly on line (but it would've been a risk of having 2 active orders). Using email as the only way to correspond and taking 48 hours to process is poor. Please get a phone line and deal with simple customer changes that way or make the website more interactive until the order goes to despatch status. After my email I received a reply mid afternoon Tuesday 18th saying thanks my order has been updated but we can't guarantee delivery for Christmas. I replied ok but I'm sure you'll do your best (I actually didn't expect pre-Christmas delivery but I DID expect prompt processing and despatch! The website clearly states all orders are despatched the day after order by courierIn reality their email night have well have said "Hello we can't be bothered to process your order til after Christmas" as that's what happened!!! I didn't receive any other email updates and I contacted them again on Friday 23rd at 1pm saying i hadn't seen a despatch note (after all it should have been sent day after my order on Wednesday 21st .. right?). My reply came on Monday 26th around 4pm saying my order would not be SENT until after Christmas!!On Tuesday 27th I received an email saying the order had been packed (whatever that means). The email also contained a DHL tracking number but it currently isn't recognised when you enter it on the DHL website. I want to know when it is despatched, not packed, and waiting goodness knows how long to be picked up! Overall I'd say the tone of the correspondence from kuddly was vague and misleading with the truth. The tone seemed to be 'we have your order but we can't be bothered to make the effort to keep to the promise of next day despatch'. I will wait to see what the product is like when it turns up (when they can be bothered to get on with sending it.. )I've kept the correspondence. It's not good. Wish me luck!!

"Bought 2 kuddly s. Both different"

I bought 2 one for me and one that I put away at time of receipt for my sons birthday. I have just given my son his and both are quite different. My sons is a thick, black Teddy outer whilst my pile is flat and smooth almost like velvet. My son has tried both and thinks his is far warmer. He could just be biased but I'm worried mine was 'faulty'.

Just taken delivery of my hooded blanket, can't believe how well it was packed, complete with it's own drawstring bag. Looking forward to wearing my kuddly,it feels gorgeous.I chose this make as it is longer and a bit narrower than some others,which being tall was ideal for me.Only reason I have given it 4 stars is I had to contact company to chase my order, was told the one I wanted was out of stock, but I was happy to change to a different one

Had slippers, hoodie, sliders all fantastic but had a pillow and just found it so uncomfortable it would of cost to much to return so hence the 4 stars should be free returns but otherwise good company

Quite light for weighted blanket and it did not help that after buying all items were reduced!

"Cloud slides"

Ordered the cloud slides a few years ago, was a perfect fit & soft. Last year ordered more the same size but were too little. What happened there? These are super comfy & I need more. The dream pillow was uncomfortable but the other items were good, hoodie, blanket etc.

"Very disappointed"

Very disappointed, after reading all the hype about how great these are and choose this Co over all the others. I received the order quickly and the front of one was squashed but the rest of the shoe ok. The size says 40-41 on the sole however I am a 6 1/2 and they are quite small and tight, because of this I struggle to get my right foot in comfortably and if you suffer from painful feet these are definitely not for you. I am trying to perservere in the hope they will stretch and will update my review if they do. I have seen this product sold by many other companies for a fraction of the price on the internet and believe they are probably all imported from the same place. You are lead to believe the Kudd.ly ones are a genuine uk product which I do not believe they are.
