"Not as comfy as expected!"

Ordered 2 pairs of sliders on a special offer deal. Bought after seeing good reviews on comfort & softness as recently had a bunion op. Unfortunately they're quite hard, not at all pillow or cloud like comfort & I've had them 3 weeks now & not much difference. They will do for later but still looking for a soft soled shoe for tender foot ?

Don't order if you're not sure or want to try a few sizes as it's extremely difficult to get in touch with them and you have to pay your own return fees.

"Overpriced and over-hyped!"

The same Chinese product can be bought for a fraction of the price on the internet. The slides are okay but not exceptional. Are all these reviews genuine?

"The body and arms are great quality"

The body and arms are great quality, warm and comfortable. I've knocked one star off because the elasticated wrist cuff has gone quiet baggy on the one my son wears. He has worn it constantly since purchase, even so , as they are such a large fit , it can be inconvenient, when doing anything requiring the use of hands , which is a lot . Our two are ok , not having the use his has yet . I'll see what more regular use brings over this winter.

"Order not arrived"

Sadly my husband ordered a hoodie for me as a Christmas gift and it has not arrived. This was ordered in the pre order guaranteed for Christmas sale in early November. Despite messages no help has been given. Disappointed and will never recommend or use again.Edit: a replacement has been organised today, but obviously not to make christmas, despite correspondence before. Therefore not any help. I do not feel this is sufficient customer service.

"I won't go back to a duvet"

Needing to replace old duvets, I ided to try weighted blankets.I tend to sleep hot, using a 2.5 tog in the summer and 4.5 in the winter.Looking at reviews, etc, I thought Kudd.ly and two other brands would be worth trying. None of them gave tog ratings, so I sent them all the same email. As an aside, very few brands mention tog rating, which seems daft. Why not? To me it's a defining parameter. IKEA do, and they have a 2.5, so I might well go to them for the Summer.Kudd.ly gave me the info required, so good customer service (and the blanket came v. quickly). Of the rest, one never replied, and the other obviously didn't read the question or didn't know.So I bought the KUDD.ly cooling blanket, which stays between 4 and 5. (Their regular blanket is around 8)I've been using it every night for all of Feburary now. I use a duvet cover. I like to sleep with a window open, so overnight the temp. in my bedroom can drop to 6 or 7 degrees or less. When it gets that low, I add a lightweight blanket.It suits me fine. It's skinnier but heavier than a duvet. It tends to wrap around you and you stay wrapped, in contrast to a duvet, where your movements tend to just open up fresh ways for the cold air to get in, waking you up enough to plug the gaps.All in all, I'm +ve I'm sleeping better. In summary:If you sleep well with a duvet, you'll probably also sleep well with a weighted blanket. But why swap if you don't have to?If you're a restless sleeper under a duvet, try a weighted blanket: you'll probably sleep better. I won't be going back to a duvet.4* (rather than 5) because I bought the Kudd.ly on customer service, price, and other reviews. I have no knowledge of different makes.Good luck!

"Was excited to order from kuddly and."

Was excited to order from kuddly and very disappointed. Still waiting for order which i placed on the 2nd. All the hoodies i ordered was in stock. Sent an email to support and they got back saying new stock was expected and that theyd be straight out. Status saying still in process. Not happy i only ordered because they said in stock. 4 hoodies im waiting for.Reply to kuddly I received that reply from Scott. Funny as I have re emailed support but you have got back to me quickly on trust pilot but could take 48hours for a reply from support

"Shambles ..."

They advertised next day delivery ... I heard nothing, emailed them and was told my delivery date was 1 month away! I cancelled my order shortly after. Misleading, bad practise. This was months ago so they can't blame COVID, warehouses etc. Their only response was 'well we can't reach all ads to correct the delivery terms'. Rubbish.

Good product but to say you delivery next day delivery and then I get an email the day after I order to say it can take 3 days to deliver is a bit scummy
