"Great outdoor hoodie well better than."

Great outdoor hoodie well better than the other well known brand with less hastle , looks and feels amazing I am 5ft 2 and a size 20 ladies any larger and I think this would have come up small , wouldn't fit a large man but perfect for me only gripe is I wouldnt have bought if I knew before hand that their returns policy means you have to pay returns , no other store does that these days luckily I loved my Hoddie and it fitted just nice 1

"Too Big"

"Quick delivery, good customer service"

I own a hoddie from the main competitor, and read that the kudd.ly is meant to be longer, so bought one for a friend who is very tall. Delivery was very quick and communication about despatch accurate. Putting the two on top of each other, It seemed that my hoodie is longer. The quality of the kudd.ly was fine, comfy, nice fleece, and I think for people with shorter arms the kudd.ly might suit better (think wet sleeves when washing up). If I hadn't seen the difference in length I would have been happy to keep it, but ided to return the kudd.ly. Customer services were responsive and helpful, and I am waiting confirmation of refund.Wouldn't hesitate to buy from this company and am considering a weighted blanket!

"Cannot meet orders they are taking"

UPDATE: DISGUSTEDAfter my review i received a response telling me I would receive my order by the end of the week. That never happened but I eventually received an email yesterday giving me a tracking number which said it was expected to be delivered today. I've just tracked it again and it's been updated by DHL to say they have cancelled it as they have not received the order from the company. We are now days away from Xmas and I've no more days off to get an alternative. AVOID this company. They have had my money all month and keep making promises they can't keep.Ordered 3 hooded blankets on 2nd ember with expected delivery date of 2-5 days. All the hooded blankets were showing as being in stock at time of ordering but received an email to say one of the colours was out of stock after ordering. I picked another colour and was told they would be dispatched soon. As yet 11 days later, no sign of despatch. I've emailed and just get a standard message back saying they should get stock soon. I've emailed a complaint in and not heard anything. I've made them aware I needed these for presents that I need to deliver to people so if they cannot meet the request to refund me back so I have time to get alternative present. They have taken $109 of my money 11 days ago and no sign of the product or a refund.

Love the product! But as I big girl find it so disappointing you don't cater to big people I bought biggest size yes it fits it's snug as not so rethink you can wear for long periods just wish you would consider bigger people

"Last minute and turned it around!"

Despite some initial concerns over my order reaching us before Christmas having ordered in November, I have to say I was impressed with the customer service (who I think were getting a lot of annoyed messages looking on here at the time!). Whoever I spoke with was polite and courteous and somehow they managed to pull it out of the bag at the last possible moment. I do think the logictical/Covid struggles should be acknowledged, overall I'm happy with the service and my blanket is incredibly soothing and soft! Worth the wait.

"Shame I can't give zero stars."

Shame I can't give zero stars.Chose the company for next day delivery but they never sent the item to DPD. DPD tracking shows it should've been delivered 7/1 but they don't have it. Initially they said it was a DPD issue and they were investigating With their warehouse teams - not sure why they'd do that if it's a DPD issue! They've given varied excuses to people with the same issue on their Facebook page and on here - all they are doing is lying. I asked how to refund as obviously the parcel hasn't been posted yet and I needed it by a certain date. Any ent company would have instantly refunded and apologised given that the fault is their own.But not this one!Instead of refunding me they've stated that 'if it hasn't updated by Monday' (after replying to another customer re the same issue that they promise tracking will be updated in the coming days, IE they'll actually post then) then they'll refund me. It's too late by then. They have my money, haven't provided the service I paid for and won't refund me... they've stolen my money. If It were a DPD issue, they wouldn't be able to say the tracking will update by a certain date because they'd have no control over when DPD received the item from Kuddly.So not only do they not provide the service they advertise, they then try to hold your money to ransom when you're entitled to it and try to lie their way around it. On Trust Pilot it appears that they've given all kinds of excuses and admitted to people their orders haven't been shipped but will be next week. Perhaps had they been honest about staffing levels or whatever the issue, I'd be forgiving but telling me they'll refund me if they don't ship next week after lying constantly, I'm just going to open a case against them. Avoid like the plague.

"Would look elsewhere for these items..."

Would not recommend using this company!I placed an order using the Rush Delivery to ensure that it arrived quickly as it is meant to be a gift. From what I can see this order is still "Processing" therefore there is no way this is going to be delivered on time. This company should not be taking any orders at all if they cannot fulfil them within the time frames advised on their website. We all know about Christmas rushes etc. but they should not be advertising these time frames or even offering a rush delivery if they cannot fulfil within time frame mentioned!Really not happy with this company and I really wish I had of ordered from somewhere else, now in process of trying to get a refund from them as getting an email or anything back seems near impossible at this stage.

"Disappointing, will avoid ordering from them again"

Firstly, I did not realise they do not pay the return fee for items. For a weighted blanket this is very high (over $15 via Parcelforce tracked for me). I wasn't happy with the blanket. Despite advertising being a British company, their products all made in China. The blanket did not suit me and I didn't like the feel of it.Secondly, customer service took 3 days to get back to me. They don't have an actual phone number you can call. I tired Email, Whatsapp and Chatbot and only received an automated reply. What's the point having all these options of contact when you don't get back to people. For someone with high anxiety this wasn't a good experience for me and I will avoid this company in future. I will add that when they did eventually get back to me they seemed helpful although the information was confused. My refund was processed although I haven't received the funds yet due to usual wait times on these things.
