"Poor Service"
Sadly I never received the products. After placing the order (during which process no mention was made of delays) I then waited 3 weeks without hearing anything. Upon emailing the company I got a rather arrogant response that I should have received an email detailing delays. Unfortunately I hadn't received any such email and so was hanging on for no reason. I do understand supply chains are difficult at the moment but don't take my money if you can't deliver the goods. A poor experience and I won't be back.Edit - I have checked my account and guarantee my email wasn't typed incorrectly by me - I also received the initial order emails.

Despite a delay in delivery of my weighted blanket kudd.ly handled the situation with great customer service, and good communication, I absolutely love the blanket, it is awesome, especially as I'm recovering from surgery, it really is a comfort ?and is going to be perfect for my recovery, highly recommended

"Good quality"
Took quite a while to arrive. Good quality product but it turns out I don't like the feel of being weighted down! Plus I would have preferred a bigger size. My friend really loves the one I got her though!

The pillow is good quality but gave me neck ache despite changing the filling many times. Went back to my normal pillow. Shame really as I had high expectations considering the high price tag of $49.

This company sending out copy and paste reply's to emails reassuring customers will get their orders before Christmas. Just reply With out of stock and refund peoples money. What's wrong with you.

I ordered two pairs of the sliders on the 15/08. Money gone from bank but no confirmation of email of order. Plus I've paid $49 for two pairs and they are advertised for $15. Not very satisfied.

"Quality of fabric has changed. Not worth the money."
I bought two Hoodie Blankets in October which are fabulous. One was a Christmas present so they weren't opened until Christmas. I was so pleased with them I ordered 3 more on 26th ember. The new order arrived today 2nd Jan. Extremely disappointed with the 2nd order, the quality of the fabric has changed and is very cheap. DO NOT pay these prices for this quality, you could get this quality of product for $20 on Amazon. I wouldn't have known they had changed fabric had I not had the first delivery. I sent a message to all my friends over Christmas to buy, buy, buy. My message now is AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

"Fast delivery and great blanket"
Fast delivery and a weighted blanket that really helps soothe my sensory issues and anxiety. The only drawback is that the blanket is very warm!
