"Not suitable for high arches"

Not suitable for high arches Their stated size 10 is very misleading, I am a normal 9.5 and they just about fit with a hard squeeze, so when I ordered 2 pairs of size 10 I was expecting 2 pairs of size ten and not at best a 9?and pay my own postage to return them?Do not buy if you're a Uk 9.5 way to small both pairs in the bin now

"Appalling customer service."

I had to cancel my order on ember 15th, which they acknowledged and stated by email that they had refunded my money and to allow up to 10 working days for it to reach my bank account, it is now January 15th, my money has not been refunded and now they are ignoring my emails.

The Kloud Sliders are a wide fitting and have no arch support. Because I don't take a wide fitting I found that when I walked in them, and the sliders being completely flat, my feet slid forward until my toes went over the front of the sliders which made them very uncomfortable and thus unwearable. The company told me in an email the sliders are a wide fitting but there's nothing in their advertising stating this and they don't show, in their photos of the sliders, that there's no arch support, they are completely flat. There are many sliders on the market and most are much cheaper than these and many have thick soles and arch supports. I think the Kloud slider is grossly over priced as, in my opinion, are a lot of the products this company sells.

"Outdoor Waterproof ? No its not !"

I bought the waterproof outdoor wear "jacket" and though it is warm it is NOT WATERPROOF ,This is very disappointing. I wore it in a downpour and it hadn't dried out by the next day.

"Currently delays, great product"

Ordered a couple of hoodies on 7th jan with next day delivery. Didn't hear anything till Monday 11th saying it had been picked up by dpd and would be delivered next day. It's now Wednesday 13th and I haven't received them. On my tracking info it says that dpd haven't received my parcel yet. Not sure if they're having problems or dpd are slow or if this website is scam. There's no phone number to contact so be careful!:UPDATE!14th jan, received email saying that dpd are having delays and that my hoodies should arrive within the next few days.They arrived this morning and they are fantastic. The company could to with a phone contact for enquiries or some more FAQs for when things like this happen. Maybe a latest news/updates part on their website. Anyway great hoodies, just took time for delivery ?

"Love everything about these blankets"

Love everything about these blankets - feel & comfort factor. My kids are wanting one each now. It would be great to have additional colours. The one negative factor was that I ordered late Feb 21 & received 7 weeks later.

"I love the feel of the weighted."

I love the feel of the weighted blanket, but unfortunately it hasn't improved my sleep. Very comfortable though. I was offered a refund, but have to pay cost of return shipping, which will be pricey!! There are other limitations to the return policy. It isn't straight forward.

only gave 4 stars as took so long to arrive, but the company did keep me informed, which was a nice touch. the blanket is lovely and soft, not to heavy,so it makes for a nice sleep. read cleaning instructions as can not be just thrown in washing machine. colour is exactly like photo, would definitly recommend.

Sliders arrived a little later than anticipated because they'd sold out! They e mailed and gave me the option to change. Wish I'd been able to get the offer of 2 for $39

"I bought a whole bundle"

I got the weighted blanket, the hoodie, heated slippers and free eye mask.The weighted blanket is perfect, the material is soft and has a good weight to it.The heated slippers are a great idea foe those cold feet and so soft.The hoodie looks quite thin in its pile and shorter in length than the one thats in the advertised picture,and the person now wearing it is 5ft tall I wasn't the only one who said that on reading peoples comments on facebook.The free eye mask is pretty cool, i like the design of the soft round cushions around the eyes
