"Absolute joke"

Absolute joke. Avoid at all costs. Placed an order on 06/12 and now today on 18/12 there is still no sign of it or even an email to say it had been dispatched. Had a reply to an email which said they assure me that it would be dispatched by the end of last week but still nothing. It also said they are going above and beyond to make sure it get's delivered but taking 13 days to post it isn't going above and beyond. Looking at the reviews it seems like I'm not the only one. Absolute horror show from Kudd.ly. Avoid.

"Uncomfortable pillow and pillowcase."

Uncomfortable pillow and pillowcase.firstly let me say both products are hugely over priced for the quality and what they are.The pillow is so uncomfortable it balls together and putting more or taking fibres out doesn't help! I'm desperately looking for a feather alternative as it such a cruel industry. This pillow is not the one it slips around the bed and feels like a lumpy hard shapeless memory foam pillow I cannot return it as something sharp in the packaging caught my finger and got blood on the Pillow.The pillow case is so overpriced for rough silk it catches my hair where as none of the other ones I have bought at much cheaper prices do this The sleep mask is good but it was also a free gift.Overall this company promised luxury, comfort and failed to live upto it's claim of a dream pillow. The delivery was fast though

"So cosy!"

I ordered a hoodie blanket and it was delivered two days later with no issues whatsoever. It was well packaged and having used it for a few weeks I can honestly say that it is very well made. It's so thick and warm, it's just the comfiest, snuggliest thing ever. The only small drawback for me is that I think that it's quite expensive for what it is. I realise that you get what you pay for and it is a well made, quality product so if you're happy with the price then I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending it.

first time purchase of 3 cloud slides, couldnt be happier with them, i use them for everything. friends always ask about them and the kids want a pair in every colour

"Weighted Blanket"

Love the feeling of the blanket, does help me drift off to sleep a little better at times. Though I've noticed it appears to cause some pins and needles in my lower legs, plus if left over all night, lower back pain.Love that it came with a 30 day return option.

"Double doesn't mean it covers 2 people!"

Bought a number of products that I've been pleased with, but was disappointed in the covered blanket. It said "double", I assumed this meant that it would cover 2 of us in the bed. I didn't check the measurements (although I probably should have!) but it's only a few inches bigger from the single and it's just not wide enough. That just means we won't be using it

"And they called it hoody love"

I love the hoody and so does my granddaughter haven't had chance to give my friend hers yet. I bit disappointed as I thought I was going to get a face mask so knocked off a star xxx

"Avoid and shop elsewhere."

I ordered on 7th ember on the basis that shipping was 3-5 working days - I received the item yesterday (21st ember)! It took the company until 19th ember to even pack my order (one item) which is simply unacceptable. I did contact the company and did receive a response - excuse after excuse. They are "overwhelmed with a huge amount of orders" and "dealing with logistics issues with our couriers" amongst others. They should have updated their shipping information or suspended website orders until they were in a position to fulfil orders. Logistics issues is also just an excuse, as I have ordered from countless companies during this period and have not had any issues. I am really disappointed and would not recommend. Take your hard earned money elsewhere to a company that deserves the custom.

"Cosy snuggles"

Blanket arrived on time with no delivery problems. It was exactly as stated and is super snuggly especially now it is very cold. I also acquired a Kevin Koala for my nursery and the children love him to bits, he gets lots of cuddles daily.
