I also was expecting my order by Wednesday. I was worried after reading some recent reviews but when I contacted the company I had 2 emails explaining the issues they were having. My blankets have arrived this morning as promised in time for Christmas!Thank you ?

Came quickly, packaged well and exactly what it was advertised as.

Not the best quality, they make so many claims about their Komfies but they are thin, not warm at all, the insert keeps warm for 10 minutes at most if you're lucky, the bottom of the slippers are so thin and only get thinner and worn away the more you wear them (only after a week or so of wear), no support despite their claims. Their hoodie blankets seem nice when you first get them but after you wash them (and yes I wash them on low) they go bobbly and thin. The main reason for my low score is the fact they delete less than 5 star reviews on their website, I tried to make a review twice, the first time they denied any knowledge of it, the second one they said they'd published it but when I looked (nearly a month later) like magic it had disappeared and only 5 star reviews remained, I wonder how many other customers have had their honest reviews deleted?! I find this disgusting and misleading to only publish the "perfect" reviews, and this is why I will never buy from this company again.

Purchased a kudd.ly hoodie top for our daughter's birthday - she's always cold! She loves the feel and size of the hoodie, she's yet to use as it's currently 27 degrees but she'll soon be using it soon. It would be nice to see a bigger range of colours and designs like other competitors offer.

UPDATE: Customer services got in touch and were fab!!!Love the product. Not so keen on the website or the customer care. Still waiting for a response to my message sent to them. They sent an automated email saying they'd get back to me in 24 hours but that was a few days ago and still nothing.

My daughter loves her grey weighted blanket and her hoodies. Unfortunately, the sliders were not to size; coming up far smaller than shoes size. My daughter has kept one pair, because she loved the soft to walk on feel. unfortunately not the best fit, as the larger sizes are a lot wider too. We also ordered a cooling blanket, which has finally arrived; waited weeks (not sure why, not given any explanation at any stage). Just to say, that we found that the colour, 'cooling grey', is not really a grey, more like an off white. or has my daughter put it, old duvet colour. Which is a shame, because the other grey weighted blankets are a great grey colour. To add, we weren't expecting the new blanket to be as dark, but definitely not the pale, dingy colour which it is; so we are going to try and find a duvet cover to go over it. As only just receive, she is currently trying it.

Its a lovely outdoor Hoody but arrived in a vacumed bag and once opened its all creased not really material you can iron i'd rather not wash a brand new coat left it hanging for two weeks now and still all creased up .

I wrote a review yesterday due to lack of communication and failure of goods to arrive.To give the company there due they responded to the review quickly and the goods have come today. However I wasn't sent an email allowing me to track the delivery. Work is needed on communication but relieved the goods have arrived as described.
