I love these weighted blankets really help with restless legs and calming I recently brought two of the cooling blankets as the others are a bit warm thought this might be better for my daughter and I but did not find any different from the other blankets the colour is really nice though

"Cheap plastic made in China not UK sliders"

So I bought the sliders after seeing the Facebook ad and reviews. They stated they were a UK company with fast delivery and the shoes were like walking on air. They took 2 weeks to arrive, have a huge label saying made it China and are pretty cheap looking and are definitely not anything special to walk in. Very disappointed.

"Courier issues not Kuddly!"

I ordered my items on the 3rd expecting to wait 3 to 5 days, however I allowed then an extra few days due to the email they sent out re courier issues. Kuddly despatched my items but it was DHL who were the nightmare saying my service point for delivery was shut on 2 occasions(local newsagents which shut at 10.30pm!). I don't think you can reflect badly on Kuddly, only realise the pressure that's been put on courier services and companies by the RM strikes. Thanks for my items Kuddly and for the excellent customer service via FB.

Ordered four jumper blankets, they got sent back and I wasn't informed had to chase kuddly to find out what was going on and where my order was they said sorry and sent another one but gave no explanation as to what went wrong I had to ask they had the cheek to tell me the package would be resent free of charge???!! I should think so as it wasn't my error the first one was sent back to you! I've bought quite a few things from here and the service I can say was so truly shocking I won't be back no offer of refund or free gift nothing

Not easy contact customer service even what app not reply immediately , please have online chat with staff will be easier. Also just find out other competitor offer free return, it is very heavy and cost a lot to return.

BEWARE OF THIS OUTFIT OWNED BY THE CALMING CO LTD.CURRENTLY ADVERTISING A FLASH SALE.BUT IT'S ALL FALSE.THEIR WEBSITE CLAIMS REDUCTIONS BUT PRICES SAME AS LAST WEEK.ALSO INFLATED HIGHER PRICES SIMPLY CROSSED OUT WITH A LINE THRU.NO INDICATION AS TO WHAT THEY REFER TO, BUT GIVING THE IMPRESSION THAT THE GOODS HAVE BEEN REDUCED' BULL S..T. CAN'T WAIT TO GET TO COURT.

I bought 3 pairs! My poor mum has terrible trouble with achey legs and swollen feet so were perfect for her. I love mine, very comfy and hoping it helps my tired feet too, I stand way too long cooking in my kitchen.

This blanket hoodie has helped me sleep better and found it has helped me manage migraines due to the oversize hood and soft texture.
