"Increased by $50 on a "deal" is a JOKE!!"

They had a deal on for 4 hoodies for $89, they then change it to 4 for $139 when the cold weather started to come in!I questioned them on Facebook about this and instead of them replying with help and the offer they just blocked me from commenting. This is the company that LOVE good feedback but can't accepting anything else!I would request them to reinstate the 4 for $89 off because putting up the price of a "deal" by $50 is personally and INSULT to the general public who are facing harsh winter and extreme high energy bills!Talk about a company being greedy!!P.S. I was looking forward to purchasing these from them but don't appreciate how the go about things and don't help.

Bought the waterproof hooded blanket for my husband, he loves it! I wanted to buy 2 but couldn't afford it, then a day or 2 later they were on buy one get one free. I was so disappointed. Great jacket though

"Postage was the issue! NOT the product."

Firstly I must say, I am delighted with the product and the price I paid for it. My complaint is with the delivery method.It was sent by DPD. I received an email at 0956 saying it would arrive between 1227 and 1327. I was at work when the email arrived and did not see it. I received a further email at 1242 saying 'We've missed you' I did not see this email either as I was still at work!The email said 'We'll take your parcel to your nearest DPD Pickup Shop.' The shop they took it to was almost 4 miles away from my home. I had no choice over this with no option to have it delivered at a time I would be in, or deliver it to a closer more convenient location!Fortunately I had a car to make the 8 mile return journey, otherwise it would have been 4 buses and at least a 90 minute trip!In no way can this be considered a home delivery!They say this is to cut down their carbon footprint. However, it massively increases my carbon footprint and my inconvenience!This experience has soured me towards Kudd.ly and I am now reluctant to buy from them again, I will never knowingly use DPD again, that's for certain!Please Kudd.ly find another courier, preferably one that puts its customers convenience first.

I placed an order on the 3rd Jan, was told it shipped on the 4th and was due to be delivered on the 5th via DPD. DPD still haven't received my parcel, so I contacted kudd.ly. They blamed DPD for the delay but after contacting DPD customer services they say that they definitely haven't received my parcel. After reading some of the experiences of other customers it seems like kudd.ly isn't being truthful to its customers. I wouldn't suggest buying from here as you probably won't receive your parcel on time if at all.

I originally ordered this for my son but realized it was a bit too heavy for his size. I ided before returning to try myself. I have to say I am finding that it does help me have a deeper sleep experience. So I have ided to keep it!!!

Great and I failed to notice the lead time when I ordered which meant I was moving around the time of the delivery date. They sorted a new delivery address without any fuss and it was dispatched just before expected. Love the blanket and very happy with it. I'm hoping my new rescue dog will love to too when he arrives. ?
