Well i got my item quick only few days after ordering i do live in the uk lol its soft on inside and smooth on the outside fells nice and keeps you warm well since ive been wearing it last hour after getting it i am not really hot in it.I am 6ft2 in height it reached just above my knees wish it was a bit longer so i can tuck my legs in lol witch was kinda uncomfortable to do lol.i got the koala bear with clouds and blue colour one wish there were a lot more choices but the few they got weren't bad would love to see some with animal ears like or bear or dog on the hood lol.Anyway well worth getting at the lower price of $59 as was on deal at the time due to black Friday even not on deal you should get.

Seems like a scam, on their site its 49 for 1 and 89 for 2, on a facebook ad they say buy one get one free, the one being 89 not 49. So which is it ? For a company that claims simple honest pricing ......

"Kudd'ly NO KUDDLER"

The worst experience ever, I read the reviews (ON THERE WEBSITE THAT YOU CANT LEAVE A REVIEW ON MAY I ADD) and was so excited I was ripped of for nearly $30 but thought if the reviews ARE REAL THIS WILL BE GREAT !!! THE REVIEWS ARE NOT REAL AS IVE SAID YOU CANT LEAVE A REVIEW ON THERE WEBSITE, so they arrived I ripped them open THEY WERE THE EXACT SAME SHOES AS PRIMARK , well Primarks actually look like a PAIR , MINES DIDNT ONE WAS SQUARE THE OTHER ROUND. They were HORRENDOUS naturally I emailed them straight away WITH PHOTOGRAPHS AND NOTHING AND TWO DAYS LATER STILL NOTHING. There Livingston place is a bit of a treck but after threatening them with a true and honest REVIEW HERE IT IS. I will maybe make that treck and bounce the shoes into the CEO's bin because I wonder does he/she know his staff are clearly sending out SECONDS OR REJECTS. They're not away with this one DONT BUY THEYRE DEFINITELY A SCAM

"Do not buy the size 10 Kloud sliders"

Do not buy the size 10 Kloud sliders. They say they fit true to size, they say they will eventually fit and mould to your feet, they say that soaking them in warm water will help, but they're way too small. You've been warned!Edit: They did say you can send the sliders for a refund, but you have to pay for your own postage, plus send them in their original packaging (which I had thrown away as they said on the website that "it takes up to a week for the sliders to mould to your feet, and that they fit true to size"). The sliders ended up in the bin, where they belong.

First time on my life I have bought so expensive invalid item !!! For so big money just shredded foam.... Pillow definitely not work how that promised.I would like to receive my money back, but that us well just Kudd.ly words, becauce I need to send pillow back for my money - I couldn't imagine how much could cost postage for that....

Ordered 4 as Christmas presents, they are super soft and lovely although a little disappointed as they are no longer as thick and heavy as previous Kuddlys we have had. Re ordered hoping for the same quality and thickness.

I already own an original Oodie and after reading all these raving reviews and comparisons on the Kudd.ly site, I ided to buy a Kudd.ly version for my sister. So very disappointed as it doesn't compare. The Kudd.ly is a thinner cheap copy and the cuffs are horrible, thin and saggy unless you have enormous wrists. It's nowhere near as nice as the Oodie. The return police is a joke as you have to pay the return postage technically you don't get all your money back and lose. Of course it's written in the small print they they don't pay but I unfortunately didn't read it all, just the bit about getting ALL my money back if I wasn't completely satisfied - more fool me for trusting them. I noticed that there is nowhere on their website to easily leave a review either so am very suspicious where all these glowing reviews come from on their actual site. I didn't get updates or even an email to say my order had gone through though the delivery was quick. Once I wrote to customer service only then did they say the order was on it's way. If you can buy the Kudd.ly very cheaply on a deal then it's OK at best but if you expect something comparable to the Oodie you will be sorely disappointed. I'm stuck with mine as I don't want the expense of the return postage but I'm sorely disappointed with this cheap copy and wish I'd gone with an original Oodie. I can speak from experience as I own both an Oodie and a Kudd.ly hoodie blanket. It doesn't compare so go with the real McCoy.

"Not true size"

I ordered two pairs for my parents who are a size 6 and 8. I selected these sizes on the website. My mum's are actually a size 5 - 6 not a size 6 as stated in the website. My dad's are a size 7 to 8 instead of a 8 so both are too small. Maybe offer the sizes on the websitr as 5-6 and 7- 8.
