Really pleased with my 2 kuddly blankets very warm and comfortable although delivery was not good was sent email to say they were been delivered twice ended up fetching them from the delivery company warehouse to be told they had been put on a van that didn't deliver to my area

"Not good"

The sliders I ordered were very ill fitting so have returned them. There was no packing note in the parcel so I had to download my order details from an email in order to identify myself in the returned parcel. Not easy people to contact.

Purchased 3 pairs of these sliders. All the same size 6. When they came, although they were all supposed to be the same size and had the correct side on the bottom all 3 pairs were different. The orange ones, comfy, the black ones, a bit tight and the grey ones cant even get on my feet. Measured them against each other - and they are not the same size. Have tried to find a contact number to sort replacements out. Searched the web page on how to get in touch and nothing. Total waste of over $50.00. If sounds to good to be true, then it is. The only good point was delivery. I would just like a contact number to ring customer services to sort the problem out please.

Like everyone else. I ordered in November and was expecting to receive my order by now. On Wednesday I received 7 (yes 7) shipping confirmations and an email with a tracking number telling me DPD would ship the blanket and update the number on Friday at the latest. Well it's Sat and guess what? Nothing. Now I can understand delays but to promise something and it be a complete lie, that is unacceptable. When they sent the nonsense emails about delays in Rotterdam they should have offered refunds easily at that point. This has been handled terribly. I have received everything from every other shop in good time.

Not as comfortable as thought theyd be having bunions! However after popping them in hot water and stretching them where my bunion would sit they were much better.

Not true to size. The website information is misleading stating British shoe sizes but they are actually an approximation of European. I ordered my usual size 5 and the European size that came was a size larger but didn't fit. Poor, cheap quality forced a return. However, returning is proving really hard! Customer service is non existent. Sarcastic response to emails from representatives and I've waited over a month for a reply for a request to return. Dont order from this company!

"Bought these after reading hype online"

Bought these after reading hype online. At checkout I bought a second pair for my wife at a lower price. My pair were my normal size, 43, but were too narrow causing my heal to overhang. I returned the sliders and purchased another pair from AliExpress for less than $7 including postage from China. Comparing the two pairs, my wife's and the pair from AliExpress they are exactly the same except a slight difference in the sole pattern. My refund was only for the cheaper pair so I paid $27 for sliders that are readily available for a quarter of the price for the same item. Don't be mislead by the "A top of the line orthopedic slipper" hype, they are just a mass produced slider from China.

"AVOID"

I ordered 4 hooded blankets, 1 was absolutely lovely, thick, plush and good quality. The other 3 were cheap, the inside material was far inferior and you can buy hooded blankets of a similar quality in Primark for $20. This company have obviously reduced the quality to cut manufacturing costs but the inferior quality is definately not worth the price point. I have wasted a week trying to organise either an exchange (if they can guarantee the same quality as the one I received I was happy with) or refund. I have asked 3 days in a row for the return address and not had a reply. I definately won't get these returned and exchanged in time for Christmas so have now got to try and sort alternative gifts.Also the slippers I purchased the stitching has come undone on the heel on both slippers after just 7 days. All in all a bad shopping experience.
