"I am not a happy customer"

I am not happy with their customer service! I bought Komfies S/M thinking they will be true to size, but they weren't and they were much smaller on my feet! I contacted them to exchange for a bigger size and it turns out that I need to pay the return fees ! I mean this is ridiculous , those Komfies already cost alot , every esteem company now offers free returns ! Why do I have to pay for their mistake in not making them true to size! I do not want to pay shipping fees and now i am stuck with a pair of Komfies that I won't be wearing ! Totally waste of money and not something you would expect from a popular brand! very disspointed ...

Received a different product from what I ordered. I had to pay out of my own pocket to return this.

"Do not offer free returns for large."

Do not offer free returns for large items like pillows and duvets which are heavy weighted items!! Costs of return will be half the cost of my entire order! Order needs to be returned as advertised sizes are not accurate..

"Awful quality!"

Awful quality!! the soles are very hard, nothing about walking on a cloud ?????. Definitely not recommend!

Very poor no telephone number to contact the been told twice blanket was being delivered .... still not i want to cancel but can't get anyone.

"Lovely quality but fall off"

I bought one each of these blankets for my (young adult) daughters for Christmas. They were delivered quickly and the quality and feel is excellent. However, they are both in single beds, so I bought single blankets. They both gave up after a couple of nights as when they moved, the blankets just fell off the side of the bed. They said that half asleep, they didn't have the energy to keep picking a heavy blanket back up from the floor! I guess in a bigger bed they would work, or if you're someone who sleeps completely still. So they are now just being used as (very expensive!) sofa blankets, which is a real shame. :-(

"Where is my order?"

I don't generally write reviews, however as a previous customer I am extremely disappointed that I ordered and paid for two weighted blankets last Friday, paid extra for next day delivery and still have not received them. The money was taken from my bank account immediately, however I have received no updates or replies to my emails and messages. The blankets were Christmas presents and I am now in a position where I am out of pocket and have no idea when the order will arrive. I am also embarrassed that I have recommended these blankets and company to others. Kidd.ly where is my order or please refund.

"Kloudy sliders feel like I'm walking on air"

Kloudy sliders were my purchase as I am having problems with my feet. Got a pair of grey ones and when I put them on it was like walking on a cushion, so soft and comfortable. Felt like I was floating on air. They were a little large though so my husband acquired them and loves them as much as me. I now have to order some more, my feet feel so good

"Nearly spot on!"

I would have given kuddly 5 stars ?? as the speed of order processing and delivery was fantastic as was the quality of the products. 14 day cut off for returns is a bit ridiculous though! If people buy two weeks before christmas and then on Christmas Day realise the item doesn't fit the recipient, you've had it if you want to return for a refund!!
