"My blanket is a god send"

Purchased a kuddly weighted blanket. After being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. Did lots of research and the blanket had rave reviews.My feet get particularly cold. During the recent heatwave, I had to wrap my feet with the blanket as the room fan was too cold. It looked strange me wrapping up in 32 degree temperatures but it worked wonders.

"So far not good"

So far not good. Ordered over a week ago. Not dispatched and had no reply from an online enquiry asking about it (they have had over 48 hours to reply and still nothing). Not impressed at all.

Edited from previous review- ordered blanket and hoody but only got the blanket. Customer service were quick to cancel the hoody to ensure I wasn't charged, once it became clear I wouldn't receive this in time for Christmas. Hope the team are able to resolve the logistics issues soon as this must be stressful for the customer service team as well as their customers. Thanks for all your help.

My daughter is in love with her unicorn kuddly. Only wish that there were patterns in kids sizes as there is oversized and there is OVERSIZED.... my son would love the koala pattern and has tried mine on but he can't move in it without fear of tripping on it

"Star hoodie"

Bought 2 star hoodies . I was concerned if they would be big enough or easy to get on and off.I'm size 18-20. Ht 5ft 6. Loverly large fit.Customer care answered all my concerns prior to me buying them so do use them for any queries you may have.They arrived vacuum packed.one was vacuumed packed so was completely flat.it has taken quite a few days and advice from customer care but the creases have dropped out .Love the colour and star pattern which I prefer to other company's bright patterned colours.Have worn one daily in the evening time,very cosy.Would have liked the length to be slightly longer so more mid calf than below knee.Good price due to the sale would recommend.

I really take issue with the way this company markets itself.It offers a discount to sign ups. No minimum spend mentioned anywhere. I only found out after contacting them to say that the code didn't work despite it saying that it had been added! I did place and order, but unsubscribed after as naturally why supply and support a company with your data if you yourself haven't benefited. Then, despite unsubscribing, another offer lands in my inbox. This time offering "an extra-awesome 25% off" SITEWIDE! Only.....this isn't actually true, because it goes on to exclude $29 hoodies!. In my world, sitewide means everything on the site. This is very poor and manipulative marketing, which needs shaming.Thanks

AFTER ENTERING PAYMENT DETAILS IT SAID THE ORDER HAD FAILED DUE TO A CVV ERROR THE COMPANY THEN WENT AHEAD AND EXTRACTED $78.30 FROM MY ACCOUNT NOW THEY WILL NOT GIVE ME ANY DETAILS OF THEIR COMPANY AND ARE BLAMING MY BANK. THEY EVEN HAVE THE AUDACITY TO ASK FOR MY BANKING DETAILS SO THEY CAN RESOLVE IT FOR ME.INVOLVED THE POLICE AND TRADING STANDARDS
