"The fluffiest hoodie and blanket"

Couple of hoodies and a blanket were my latest order. The ordering process was easy, the delivery was prompt and products are well made. I would have given 5 stars if hoodies were available in smaller sizes (child) as my little son was disappointed he can't wear it. Other than that all was ok and I recommend the products -both are soft and fluffy!!!

"No refund after two weeks even though they received product which they signed for."

I returned a pair of sliders on the 11th June. I sent it by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery. It was delivered and signed for on the 12th June. I still have not had a refund, two weeks on. I have emailed them but as is their usual behaviour I have not had a reply, it looks like I will have to start a claim via PayPal. This is a really disreputable company. They have no problem in taking your money but after that they completely ignore you if you request a refund. My advice is DO NOT BUY from them. No integrity no customer service.

Bought both a weighted blanket and a blanket hoodie. Both items are fantastic. Since using the blanket I have been sleeping through the night and having approx an hour and a half more sleep. I have sleep apnoea and use a cpap machine, up to using the blanket I had not slept all through the night for 23 yrs. Also I have stopped getting leg and foot cramps which were a nightly occurance. I know, it sounds crazy! I can't explain it but it's happened during the 3months I have been using the blanket? Just love it.The blanket hoodie is incredibly warm and cosy, I look ridiculous wearing it but I don't care (lol) it's so warm.I'll never be without one again, although, I would like a more manly colour, maybe an aztec design or even afghan patterns.Blanket and hoodie are both top class well made items. Only gave 5 star because of very poor communication from Kuddly.

Despite writing to them I have not received my blankets and my money has been taken. Kudd.ly claim they have been despatched but DPD has not received the order. DPD is operating well so this is not a matter of covid causing delays. Other reviewers are as disgruntled and disappointed and suspect this is a sham company. I would not recommend any one to buy from them before reading the reviews.

"Another Happy Customer"

I ordered a hooded blanket for my grandson for Christmas. There was a minor issue with delivery which customer service addressed promptly and efficiently. My grandson was delighted!

I haven't been very impressed with the service I've had so far. There was no indication at all that the items I had ordered were out of stock when I ordered them (4th ember), yet after the order was a placed I received an e-mail stating that the items were on backorder. It's now 8 days later. I've had nothing through the post and have sent two e-mails to the customer service team. Yet still I've had zero clarity as to if/when the items I've ordered will actually be dispatched and whether that will be in time for Christmas. This is critical for me - if not, I'll have to order elsewhere but of course that would not be in kudd.ly's interest. I'm surprised they have so many favourable reviews when the service I've so far received has been nowhere near the quality reflected on this site. 8 days waiting so far, and no idea if my order will ever be fulfilled. Very disappointed.Edit: following the review, Kudd.ly burst into life and sent me my hoodies in super quick time, which is great. However, it's a bit of a shame that I had to write a review in order to get some action. That said, the hoodies arrived in reasonable time all told, and the customer service team were very good. Have added a star accordingly!

I bought a pair of grey sliders to help with my plantar fasciitis last week. They are chunky and I like the look of them. Also very spongy and comfy to wear. I'm finding them very hot and sticky at the moment and they have rubbed a bit but the weather is soo hot . Hoping when it cools down I can wear them more.

"Disappointed in product and service"

We ordered hoodie and 2 weighted blankets. The blankets were really difficult and led to a lack of sleep. I contacted customer service who advised to persevere for a few days. We did this but the blankets continued have a negative impact on our sleep. I contacted customer service again who advised the blanket could be returned at our cost! As these are weighted blankets, the cost of returns is quite substantial! I requested a returns label but was advised this isn't an option. I would advise not to order blankets unless you are sure they will work for you. Very disappointed with both the blankets and the returns policy.

"So toasty and warm"

So toasty and warm! I bought 2 more hooded blankets for myself and my husband after my kids got some and we all loved them so much we kept fighting for them! Delivery took a while which was disappointing (as I wanted them for my husbands bday) but still I'm not too worried as they are amazingly warm and comfortable.
