Absolutely awful customer service do. Not waste your money have not received my slidders orded 4 pairs over 2 weeks ago heard a week later to say they were not in stock they have not responded to any of my emails or sent the colours they did have in stock there's no phone number to contact them and my emails ignored would never use them again customer service so very poor very frustrating.

"Almost impossible to get ahold of."

Almost impossible to get ahold of without some form of automatic reply.Ordered 4 Blankets and Hoodie for Birthday present on 22nd November. For next day delivery.Saw in tiny writing delivery would be possibly delayed until 15th ember. No news on 16th. Contacted on 17th received email on 17th for delivery for 18th. Waited all day no delivery. Turns out Kudd.ly had not handed over parcel to DPD. Tried so many ways to contact them. So difficult, understand lots of people are in my position.Just desperately need them for Birthday present before Christmas.Found easiest way although might not be most promising is to chat to them through Facebook.Shame no phone number to call.Will update as soon as delivery arrives. Hoping soon.

AVOID.Ordered two blanket hoodies. Was sent one and a weighted blanket. Delivery is stated as next day on the website- it is not. Waited for well over a week.No confirmation email was initially sent and I've had to chase throughout for updates. Customer service has been frustrating.Gave up and accepted $10 off a weighted blanket I don't really want to save my sanity.AVOID.

"Love my cooling weighted blanket"

Love my cooling weighted blanket. I admit I would like it to be a little wider but this is mostly because I've moved from using a super king to a single.I'd love it if there was a wider option available in the cooling range.After reply - That would be amazing :) Due to my hyper mobility and fibromyalgia I sleep with a body support pillow (which may or may not be a super cute cat ?) that means I have to arrange my blanket very carefully to get full coverage with no gaps as I take up a lot more room than I should lol.

"One year later, still happy."

I've had the Kuddly weighted blanket for about a year now, and I still love it.In summer, it was a bit too warm for the regular one (they do have a summer edition), but now that it's getting chilly again it's perfect.

Products are fabulous, Oversized hoodies as big, warm and cozy as Oodie, Weighted blankets are amazing and slippers a dream.I found choose of colours dissapointing, variety just not avaliable, and there WAS an issue with one of my 3 orders, due to lack of communication when ordering, however customer service was efficient polite and offered a solution. Im happy and will recomend product and company.

"Cloud sliders"

I have purchased a few different things from Kuddy and iv not been disappointed but I was with the cloud sliders. The sizes are not accurate at all. I'm a size 6/7 and found the L 7.5 8 fit perfectly and the S say 5/6 but do not fit my mum who is a size 5.5. Kuddly said they will exchange them but I did have to pay to return them.

My 15yo son loves his blanket and his sleep has definitely improved
