Placed an order 17th January received part or the order in February hoodies missing was promised this would be send out obviously the factory in China is not keeping up with the demands kuddly quite happy to take your money straight away but not send out goods at this rate it will be summer and not need for a hoodie can not even be honest enough to say when it will be delivered yet reading these reviews some people are receiving theirs how is this

I have found the shoes to be really comfortable and felt they helped with the recovery of a recent knee injury. I do agree that sizing is generic but expected for this type of shoe. Overall very pleased with purchase ?

UPDATE: Just received shipment details from DHL ? for Christmas delivery.I don't like writing negative reviews but I'm left with no choice. Ordered in stock items on the 4th ember, emailed customer service and DM'd on Facebook when i didnt get a dispatch notification. I was promised dispatch with next day delivery but still nothing. There will be some very disappointed faces on Christmas morning.

I was a bit sceptical about using a weighted blanket, as I have a connective tissue disorder that means my joints can dislocate in my sleep, called Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and Fibromyalgia.However, I'd heard such great reviews by people with Fibromyalgia, I thought I'd give it a try. Oh my days. I realised how I've been spending nights trying to keep my joints in place while I sleep, but now I don't have to as my blanket does it for me!It took a while to get used to it, as if I don't move it correctly I could injure myself, but I've learned to lift it like it's exercise weights.My partner was even more sceptical than me, so I encouraged him to use it for a few nights. 1 night and he was sold. He has one now too.Our only issue is that even with a kingsize it's just not big enough for us to cuddle up under, so we have to sleep separately. Kuddly PLEASE make a true to size kingsize blanket (or even a double)I appreciate that everyone needs a different weight, but we use the same weight.If the blanket were true to size, I would easily give 5 stars.

Trust me if I could 0 this company I would, I ordered from them 2 hooded blankets, I received 2 hooded blankets but not the ones I ordered, the customer service was ok dealing with yes they will get the correct items sent and pick up the wrong ones, BUT here is where they fail, they didn't provide me with a label so DPD are refusing to do the swap, the just write the return address on it does not cut it and is there a phone number to phone kuddly when your stood there and the driver asks you to contact them? No so you have to watch them take the correct items away and your stuck with the ones you didn't order because the process is wrong, I spent a lot of money to get these items I wish I had gone with oodie now, and to be honest I'm about 5mins away from asking for a refund and going with a dif company who might get things correct as the fill in the form and we get back to you in 24-48hrs is a joke when you need to speak to an actual human

ordered x2 outdoor hoodies prior to 1400, Sat 30/09/2023, read the delivery instructions wrong and paid an extra 5 pounds for delivery, was next working day delivery, Ok my fault, should have been delivered yesterday, not delivered, not updated on the order number email, no further contact from them, called them, no answer, unable to leave message, emailed, this was returned as their inbox is full, no way to contact, unable to find out anything about delivery, have i been scammed?, not my first time with issues here and I had forgotten, never ever again!.I have now called the reception at the address they are registered to in Edinburgh, no one aware of their business there.

"All 3 items in set not same colour"

I ordered 3 sets for Christmas gifts. Hoody, slippers and blanket. The grey blanket is ok but the dark blue seems to be a slightly different fabric and slides on the bed. Would be good if selling as a set to be all 1 colour.

Eventually got my order. Lovely blankets. Excellent quality and good deal. Pleased they arrived as I really wanted them and not a refund. Worth the wait. Communication was poor but was friendly and understanding. Thankyou.

Disappointed that it's not totally waterproof.Parts of it are but some of it was wet when I got home after it was quite heavy rain today.
