"No customer service at all emailed."

No customer service at all emailed twice just don't bother responding. Have brought the weighted blanked and pillowcases, really disappointed with quality of pillowcases save your money and buy elsewhere

"Good but horrible smell"

Really comfy but horrible synthetic plastic smell when out of the bag. If it wasn't for the smell it would have been 5 star

"Slippery fabric, falls off"

Bought a weighted blanket for my son. He is a very restless sleeper and the blanket's soft material means it keeps sliding off. Have tried under duvet, over duvet and inside duvet cover with no success. It would be great if it wasn't so slippery.

"Excellent service, but blanket not for all:"

The delivery time and quality of my Kudd.ly weighted blanket was brilliant. The deep almost Sapphire blue colour of my blanket is so beautiful. Only thing is, I never previously had trouble getting to sleep nor staying asleep all through the night. Now I have this weighted blanket, my sleep is disturbed! Unfortunately they are not for everyone. Oh well. (I don't suffer with anxiety or anything like that.) It's lovely to cuddle, or kuddle under, for warmth, when watching the tv etc.

"Poor customer service communication"

Like many others I was promised a dispatch date of 15/12/20. Despite emails and customer service forms I am yet to receive an update. I have had no tracking number or even an email to update me on the delay. I understand the challenges that current circumstances create - but the poor communications are not acceptable. I expect a response as a matter or urgency.

"Price promise, shipping costs - disappointed."

Price promise: no gimmicks, so on one web-search the Kudd.Ly site says $49 and the other page, same company it says $69, depends which (sponsored) route you take as to the price you pay! Edit:No benefit in being a KuddLy member. Washable blanket - no it's not, does not fit in the machine and if it did it would ruin the machine (too heavy/bulky even dry). Edit: It's a king size blanket and I have a large machine.Free shipping and guarantee of satisfaction - no it's not free, it will cost $49 to return, companies won't accept it as no phone number to determine hours of business for delivery. Can't deliver in person even if you live next door to them. That's not in the returns policy online. Edit: the response below says free delivery but quotes $15, I'm confused. I bought at unfair price and gained blanket that doesn't fit in machine and have shoes that are not a size 6.5 as advertised but no free return? Unfair.Sliders - 15 sizes, no there are 5 so if you want over or undersized shoes that's great. Yes there is a size chart - why would I need that when I know my foot size, been the same for about 40 years, the advert says 15 sizes and I don't want a sloppy, hard material uncomfortable shoe thanks! Edit: I wanted a size 6.5 not a shared size, there are only 5 sizes that suit 15 shoe sizes, that's different than you advertise.They want the shoe returned in the box it came in - what the giant box with the blanket the courier trashed when they delivered it!?Great customer care - shows a photo of an agent on the phone, she is certainly not answering customer calls as no phone number. Paid via PayPal and find a recurring payment was set up!Edit: not a Klarna payment.PayPal dispute created which Kudd.Ly say needs to be stopped to gain discount for overcharging or return. PayPal say that's incorrect. Buy in haste believing the hype and repent at leisure.

"Pillow ... not that comfortable!"

Bought two silk pillow cases and was so happy with them that I bought a third as a gift for a friend. Then I saw the pillow and it seemed so good to be able to fill it up at your choice for best comfort that I bought it as well. I tried it for two months, wanted to make sure I had to get used to it... but after constantly waking up with neck ache (and having adjusted the filling several times: one may say I should have given up earlier!) I ided it's not for me and went back to the memory foam pillow which adjust itself without too much fuss (and is cheaper than Kuddly!). I won't return it since I had it for more than 30 days, and I read from many reviews that you have to pay for it... frankly I find this a very bad service to customers... also, some sort of instructions on how to fill up the pillow depending on what sort of sleeper one is would help... but there's nothing in the package. Pity!

"Never heard of them"

I had an email thanking me " for being part of the family" and asking me to judge them on a scale. A similar one also today from another firm. As I had never shopped or heard of them I was seriously concerned about possible identity theft issues/data harvesting. I have reported it to Action fraud and got a case number. I have tried to contact this firm but they cannot be reached by telephone. Can I just thank them for reducing me to tears on my birthday! I have sent a letter which went unanswered to the holding Company "The Mothership Group Ltd" at the registered office address in Godalming, Having not received a reply, I lodged a complaint with the I.C.O. Case ref. IC-263514-2250. I have had an email from the ICO confirmed looking into my complaint dated 29.1.2024. The other almost identical survey form from "Nothing Fishy" also turned out to be part of "The Mothership Group". My on line research ultimately revealed that a business from whom I had bought a product- a canine supplement - Vetwell Scientific - were part of the same group. That,to me, does not excuse the failure to take proper care of the data provided. The supplement for my dog is actually very good. That is beside the point! I cannot send screenshots of the survey requests in this box. Screenshots went to the ICO.

"Fantastic blankets, not great delivery times"

I bought 2 blankets for my daughters as they were jealous of mine from another company. 5kg wouldn't be enough weight for me but perfect for them. Ordering was simple and payment taken straight away. The advertised shipping was next day but, as with many others here, it took a LOT longer than that. However, when they did arrive, the blankets were put to use immediately and absolutely loved from the very first night! Now none of us can sleep without the blankets which is a bit of a problem but we just lug them with us if we're going away. A few extra Kg to strengthen our arms and backs!Now my son wants one too even though he said it was a silly idea at first. Thank you for a lovely product.
