I ordered a kuddly hoody and when it came the sizing turned out to be shorter than I expected due to a manufacturing fault. The customer service team were helpful.

Suggest avoiding this company. Ordered in stock oversized hoodies 6 th ember. Free gift only arrived 9th ember. Contacted company 10th ember to query this and was told items just coming into stock and would be dispatched that week. Week later, contacted company to follow up order to be told my items had been delivered 9th ember. Contacted again to advise that only the free gift was delivered. Absolutely no return communication since. Now having to replace 3 x Christmas gifts.

"Poor communication with warehouse"

I ordered a blanket but changed my mind within 1 hr during working hours. Tried to contact the company but they were unable to cancel my order; they said I should wait until the product arrived and contact them again. When I did this, I was stuck with having to pay for return postage. I found this a bit unhelpful and disappointing, as I feel I was penalised for their poor communication with their warehouse. I'd expect a bit better from a small and supposedly friendly company.

since review was placed I have ided to change my review score as it appears there has been a technical issue with the website. The communications since have been very good and the only reason it is not a 5 star is because of the technical issue experienced. These things do happen and benefit of the doubt has to be given. Products and value is spot on and so will happily use again.

Blanket is so soft. I find I can only use it on top of my normal duvet as it's not quite bug enough to use on its own. So I can only use it really when it's particularly cold.

Ordered from this company. Now 27 ember and still not here. Ordered 2 weeks ago and paid for rapid delivery. Customer service non existent. Only answer email when can be bothered. They now blaming courier. Courier didn't receive till 24 ember. No idea of quality of product but be aware once you paid your money they will ignore you. When my item arrives they can have it back. You have been warned!!!!!!

I ordered 2 weighted blankets on the 17th 22, Guaranteed Xmas delivery if ordered before the 19th 22. This guarantee did not happen and the blankets did not arrive until 28th 22. With Xmas already passed and presents not received Kudd.ly ruined the surprise gifts.Initially offered I could return at cost of postage to me, I said this is not how Consumer Law works, never mind ruining Xmas presents. They then offered to send a return label. I refused this as unacceptable.Then offered a $5 good will gesture, said this was not the point and wanted to raise it as a complaint. Without asking they put $15 back in my account they thought this was acceptable behaviour to do so. I wrote to the Directors as the Customer Services, only message via email and no proper complaints procedure in place.The Directors did not reply either, these were my 9th and 10th purchase from Kudd.ly of their weighted blankets and now the last. Shame on you.

I'm giving it 4 stars only because it is not heavy enough and it is a single size.Usually a weighted blanket should be at least 10% to 12%of your weight in order for it to work efficiently but kuddly is only 4.7kg and I weigh 63kg meaning my blanket should be at least 6.5kg let's say. Hence why it doesn't feel like a 'hug' but more like a blanket that's heavy to move when i want to turn on my other side.Saying that I would have to add that it helps me sleep well and fall asleep fast (but then again that all may be due to the fact I've got a 3month old baby)I also love the fact you can wash it and there is no covers to mess about with and you will be sure the whole thing was washed and it's clean..not just a cover like the other brands. Fabric also feels great and soft.So to sum it up if you start making different weight options and sizes you would be laughing kudd.ly and I would gladly buy another one again if you do!

co this company owed by the calming co lt advertise online my misselling and fraudulantly advertisng illegal reg prices per the consumer protection act. inferring that a price has been reduced without stating when the the previous price inferred was advertised,infferrring a reduction is being made and influencing you to purchase not one but 2items showing the large saving which i believe to be a false statement , all illegal ways to get you to buy.be warned.
