"Do they ever give order updates"

Do they ever give order updates? I ordered two hoodies on 8/1, with the delivery saying the next day. Well, it hasn't arrived, I received an order confirmation but no shipping/tracking info. Then, by looking at the website it says that both Grey and blue hoodies (which I ordered!) are being shipped on the 29th? Does this mean my hoodies will be shipped on the 29th?

Very warm and extremely soft, just what I needed while my boiler is on the blink and I wait for a new one.Vacuum packing is great for postage reasons but it did have a slightly fusty smell upon opening. Fortunately washed and dried well.Never had one from another brand to compare but so far so good.I do wonder if a drawstring waist might be a good idea so I can tighten when in the house doing chores so not baggy but then loosen when I want to cosy up on the sofa.

*EDITED* The slippers I ordered had a fault with the microwaveable pouches. Kuddly very quickly sent a replacement pair. Excellent customer service.

Ordered an oversized hoodie in mid November. Money taken promptly but still no hoodie. E-mails were answered very quickly when I first ordered giving the impression of good customer service. Now I have sent several E-mails but no replies.

Mediocre. Was extremely disappointed with the thickness and quality for the extortionate price. Should have bought one for half of the price, as they are much thicker.

Update: F.A.O Kud.dly, Thank you so much for your advice. I did not realise thay they were machine washable. I will pass this info on to the owners ?Weighted blankets! I had never heard of such a thing.I am so thankful to have found out about this useful sleep aid. I do not suffer with sleeping. In fact, I enter sleep marathons because I am just that good at it. However, I bought two of the Kuddly weighted blankets which arrived wrapped in a ribbon and packaged nicely in a clear zip bag. The blankets were single size and of very good quality, a nice velvety deep navy blue.The blankets have both been gifted to family members (female teenager and an adult male) as they struggle with switching off from their thoughts and experience restless sleep. They absolutely love the blanket and speak of how their sleep has improved greatly. Side note: Would be lovely to be able to wash the blanket in order to refresh rather than wiping down.Thank you Kuddly!
