"Shocking Service"
Ordered 4 poncho style Blankets and a weighted Blanket Blanket did not Arrive on Agreed date I had to make contact to find out where they were to be asked to wait a couple of weeks which I did to then have to chase again they eventually arrived missing the weighted blanket and one was not the colour I'd ordered I agreed to keeping the colour they'd sent and they would send the weighted Blanket as soon as possible today I had DPD at my door with a parcel from them but he wouldn't leave it as I hadn't a swap for him but proceeded to take pics of it on my doorstep This purchase was made because Oodie had a back log but after this experience and still having not recieved the Blanket I would definitely not recommend them purely on the shocking service we have recieved bearing in mind i ordered these items ember 30th and I'm still Awaiting the weighted Blanket for my terminally ill daughter !

"Poor quality items not worth the money"
Just received my hoodie from this company and I'm shocked at the quality they aren't no where near the quality of an oodie which I also own. the finish on the kudd.ly is shocking wouldn't recommend if you want a quality blanket hoodie go to oodie x10 betterIts definitely not worth the moneyFollowing your reply you say you have checked the quality of other who sell similar items I think you need to check oodie for quality as they are 10x better than what I received today .I've msg your customer care but its not going to change the quality of the hoodie.Plus delivery promised 1 day I received 5 days later.I would ask for a refund but probably get charged to send that back as well

"These weigh next to nothing but feel so comfy"
Brought 2 pairs of the lightweight mules. They weigh next to nothing! Only tried on so far but hoping they are as comfy after wearing all day. Brought for either in the house or outside. As they look like no problem washing them unlike cloth slippers, that tend to start to smell after a few wears, these should be easier to keep clean

"I have my hoodie"
I ordered my hoodie on the 27th Nov and was expecting it to be delivered by the 16th . When it didn't arrive I contacted the company (via email and on their Facebook page) who explained the problems they were having. This morning 20th . My hoodie arrived by DPD. I haven't opened the package as it's a gift for my daughter. So can't comment on the hoodie itself. But I'm so relieved they managed to get it out to me before Christmas. My daughter will be over the moon with it. A simple email on or before the given delivery date explaining possible delays would have helped but they did reply very quickly when I contacted them.Edit: My daughter has barely taken it off since opening it yesterday, she loves it. She's 10. Really pleased with it.

I ordered 2 blankets on Monday evening for $89. I do appreciate that the lockdown will cause some issues but I would just like to know an approximate date for the delivery. I have emailed the support team twice and had no reply. There is no phone number to contact the company. The blankets sound amazing but will have to wait and see .......

"Customer Service Black Hole"
It pains me to post this but the Customer Service Blackhole is unacceptable. I Bought 2 more hoodie blankets but one delivered was the wrong size. Filled in the customer service form twice now and still no contact from them. This is very disappointing given the first order was correct and on time. #order 73142

"Ordered a pair of heated slippers for."
Ordered a pair of heated slippers for my partner as a surprise Christmas gift. On opening she explained she does not like closed slippers. Contacted Kuddly to be told no returns or refunds as I was outside the 14 day period (slippers delivered on 6th ember contacted them on 30th ) Bearing in mind it is Christmas where lots of gifts are being bought as surprises. In effect what kuddly are saying is I should spoil the surprise by revealing the surprise gift early (thereby spoiling Christmas surprise) so i can meet their 14 day returns (btw 14 days is the standard 14 days refund policy under ecommerce laws, so they are not doing anyone a favour). With this type of customer service is it any wonder the likes of Amazon are dominating and setting the standards others can only dream about. BTW gave the slippers to a local womens refuge. Will never recommend or use this company again. First time i have ever given a negative review of company.

"The light weight cool blanket"
Didn't want to succumb but I didn't and bought the 5kg cool blanket and I am very impressed. It really does wrap around and I am sleeping better post menopausal doesn't mean the 'heat' goes so this is perfect. Washes really well to.
