"Love love the weighted blanket - shocking delivery"

Love love the weighted blanket! Super snuggly and soft.I only gave this item 4 stars as the delivery was shocking - DHL left it on my doorstep in full view of everyone walking by. Not sure this would be considered a 'safe place'? Thankfully my neighbour retrieved it before it was stolen.

I bought the Kuddly sliders to help with plantar fasciitis. I've only had them a week so far but there has been a definite improvement. There the added bonus that they are so comfortable to wear too

I ordered a hoodie in November like many others on here and also told 15/12 for dispatch. No replies to emails. No emails from them, as they've stated below, reassuring delivery or explaining delays....just complete radio silence- just adds to stress when it's for a child's Christmas present. Communication takes away so much of that unnecessary stress. I appreciate you're busy but some of us have been unbelievably busy since the pandemic started, working in the NHS too, don't need this additional stress.

"I was very sceptical re the sliders but soon changed my mind"

I was very sceptical re the sliders as someone who has arthritis and foot problems for years I'm always buying and trying new shoes sandals trying to find something I can wear without causing severe pain and rubbing. Here goes! Honestly to my disbelief I put these on and first of all they fit, they're wide enough, then to see what they're like to walk in again this really surprised me yes they're soft spongy and to my amazement they're very comfortable I've worn them around the house and garden and they definitely don't need breaking in like I have to do with my go to clogs the type with holes all over the upper. So now as soon as I get up they're the first thing I put on, wearing them all day and then they're the last thing I take off, I've not worn my slippers or any other footwear since I've had them, to be totally honest they're a real game changer for me someone who's been back and fore the podiatry department for insoles for years. I would definitely recommend them and only gave 4* as the colours I wanted were out of stock but I'm waiting for the out of stock colours to come back and to order the next couple of pairs

"Incorrect Item and Delayed Delivery"

We ordered a weighted blanket as a Christmas present, paying extra for shipping to 'guarantee' pre-Christmas delivery. Not only did the item arrive long after Christmas, thus causing a considerable amount of stress, but Kudd.ly also sent entirely the wrong item. The order confirmation clearly stated that we had ordered a weighted blanket, but what arrived in the post was a hooded blanket.

I am very pleased with my pair. Very comfortable and worth the price.I have introduced them to my family and friends.

"Cooling weighted blanket"

I bought two cooling weighted blankets- one for my daughter who has trouble sleeping and one for my mum who has fibromyalgia. My mum tried the blanket but it did not help. She has trouble sleeping and often has to get up frequently in the night (due to health problems). The weight of the blanket made it harder for her to get in and out of bed during the night and she found it was painful lifting/moving the blanket each time. Although it has not improved my daughter's sleeping habits, she likes the blanket and feels comforted by it. She now has two so when one is washed the other one can be used. By the way, the blankets wash well.

Would love to give you a fabulous review as I'm hearing good things. Unfortunately my delivery should have been 1st march and I'm still waiting, sent emails and not had any response. Terrible service ordered on 15/11/21, still not received even though it states next day delivery, 9 days later still not received but payment has been taken. Order if you have time and money to waste

"Warm & soft ."

Had a minor problem with delivery ( not kudd.ly fault but post office) and the customer support centre for kudd.ly was great.Only have had my wearable blanket but so far it's warm and soft.My only complaint is because it arrives vacuum packed it is very creased but hopefully they will fall out with time.
