I thought this would be a "safe" company to order from - unfortunately, I think I'm wrong.I placed my on the 25/11/23 and I'm STILL waiting for it to arrive!!Of course, there isn't a direct phone number for Customer Services, which would be really helpful. Having to leave them begging messages and crossing my fingers for an early response is beyond ridiculous. I'm very disappointed ?UPDATE EDIT :I have just found out that, because the parcel was damaged, it is being returned TODAY (05/12/23) to the "Mothership Group"!!!!!!!Who is this "Mothership Group".When can I expect my "new" and repackaged parcel to be delivered? Would I recommend Kudd.ly? Most definitely NOT,

I purchased 2 kuddlys one had a hole in the front.I took a photo and sent it too Kudd.ly.By email they offerd me to keep the damaged one and a $25 refund. Although disappointed with the hole in the Kuddly I didnt want the hassle of sending it back and accepted the offer.After over a week and not recieving a refund I contacted customer services again and they have gone against there word and are now offering a $10 refund.I have emails to prove this.There are lots of alternative companies selling similar products I surgest you try an alternative one.

"I ordered 4 weighted blankets on 16th."
I ordered 4 weighted blankets on 16th ember. It took Kudd.ly 6 days until 22nd ember to pack and get them ready to be posted which is ridiculous. Then they use DHL to deliver them, who are notoriously rubbish, and now my order, which was supposed to be delivered today has unsurprisingly been 'delayed' according to DHL so now won't arrive until sometime after Christmas - when they are of no use to me. Had they been dispatched much quicker by Kudd.ly then I might have stood a better chance of receiving them in time. Poor and very annoying.Edit: Thank you for replying Kudd.ly but no they haven't been delivered. DHL have now changed their tracking from saying my items were at my local depot due for delivery yesterday to now saying my parcel is still with Kudd.ly (which clearly isn't the case given that yesterday early morning it was at my local depot and due for delivery!?) and now due for delivery 28th ember.

Very poor service. Order acknowledged and payment taken, but blanket remains undelivered. Tried to contact via their email site. No response. Is this a scam?Company responded to this review with email asking for relevant details. Sent them the Order number as requested and asked for a delivery date. A day later I have still not received a reply, yet last night I got an email invitation from them to Instagram giveaway for a hoody blanket.Perhaps someone in their company could sort this out. I know we are constrained by lockdown, but if that prevents delivery of orders perhaps they should stop taking orders for the time being.

I had to return a pair of sliders (I bought 2 pairs and returning 1 of those pairs).And they told me they were going to refund half of what I paid (10 when I paid 19.50 per pair) and not only that, I had to pay postage!!So in a nutshell I was going to get a $7.20 refund on a $19.50 pair of sliders!Not happy at all!

I'd give zero stars if possible. A stream of lies (via social media) about dispatch. Items are very late, still missing, with a fake tracking number, and they are refusing to refund because "they have left the warehouse". No proof of this, of course. Avoid at all costs.Update 18th : Order still not received.Tracking number still doesn't work.DPD still don't have my parcel.Still no idea when/if it will ever arrrive (ordered early Nov, should have arrived 16th , needed for birthday present tomorrow)Despite the promise of being "personally available" via email, my reply to the address provided has completely been ignored.I still haven't been offered a refund. To everyone who's been ripped off, try Chargeback or Section 75. And do report to Trading Standards; it's quick and easy to do online. To everyone else: AVOID THIS COMPANYUPDATE 20TH EMBERStill no parcel.Invented tracking number still doesn't work. DPD don't have it.No response from the company.The Consumer Contracts Regulations explicitly entitles customers to a full refund if something arrives later than promised. And if there's no specified date for delivery (which there was) items must be with customers within 30 days of ordering. So it's illegal, unethical and immoral for Kuddly to refuse me a refund. And they've done so in writing, which will help with the legal action.Lots of very suspect, semi-literate, random "positive" reviews posted recently. Don't be taken in by them, this is the reality. Spend your money elsewhere.

"The blankets are ace"
The blankets are ace. Very comfy and cozy. The delivery is terrible. Waited a month for the first one and a month and a half for the second. Worth the wait though.
