"Weighted cooling blanket"

Just received the weighted cooling blanket. Pleased so far, extremely comfortable and nice weighted feeling. Only 4 stars as order was delayed due to no stock at time of order which wasn't stated at time of purchase.

Been waiting weeks for two of their blanket hoodies ! No communication from them unless I chase. They have taken my money quick enough but now saying out of stock and will need to wait another month. Not acceptable.

No product still after 9days and there is no way to contact. The email address doesn't work and no phone number.**updateSoo after resending the product which never came for over 2 weeks I finally managed to get in contact (Why they hadn't contacted me when it was clear they had a problem with the courier is another matter) so then they finally re-sent the item but this time to the incorrect address as they hadn't checked the previous order correctly) to which I then had to have redirected to the closest post office which was a 25min drive. The post office was closed not as advertised and so I had to do the trip twice! After all this they offered me $5 off my next purchase ? Customer service is shambolic and they obviously don't care for their customers return purchase. Kuddly not impressed I wouldn't recommend

Bought the star hoodie and paid the extra $10 for the "star effect" shown on the advert, dont waste your money it is nothing like advertised. Whilst the hoodie is lovely and warm, buy a plain colour for $10 less.

"Silence"

Why advertise that you can fulfill these orders when you can't - charging us more for a "guaranteed" delivery. Despicable business practice at the best of times, but before Christmas ? Oh and they don't respond.

I bought 2 pairs of sliders. Very pleased with the comfort. One pair seems to be a little tighter than the other but I'm sure with time they'll give.

Great quality product. Very warm and comfy but it doesn't really feel any longer than my daughter's oodi.

"Kuddly Dream pillow."

Recently bought two Kuddly Dream Pillows, seeing that it stated "30 days FREE and easy returns" so thought we would have been able to return the pillows FREE of charge if not satisfied. We did in fact find the pillows felt extremely lumpy, due to the foam filling, taking this out the pillows were then very flat, they were also very hot pillows, so were not comfortable for sleeping. When we tried sending the pillows back"FREE of charge". Kuddly stated "we do have a 30-day refund policy, however, free returns, in this case, means that we don't charge any restocking fees on the returns". So please beware, if you try these pillows, you will have to pay to return them. These pillows, are not Dream Pillows in my opinion.

"We love our cool blankets"

We love our cool blankets. My other half is so pleased I got them, she really loves hers and has a great night's sleep with it.I like mine too, but I really wish it was a foot wider as I keep getting gaps when I turn over. I'm not a sleeper who wraps themselves up like a cocoon, my wife is, but I need a wider blanket to lay over me. Even though it was hot and the cooling blankets helped keep us cool, I still prefer a cover that goes right over me, with more to spare each side. Apart from that we both love them and they help us sleep better during the very hot nights.
