"Yay, its arrived!"

Yay, hoodie finally arrived after ordering on 18th Nov. Can't vouch for quality as its a gift and haven't opened it. Just relieved it's here in time.

I love my Kudd.ly, I got one for myself and my daughter. Although my daughter finds it too hot, I absolutely love mine and I've slept with it every night since I got it! I wish it would of worked for my daughter, but I'm so happy with mine!!

We are very happy with our weighted blanket. And will be getting a second as one is not enough to go around. Highly recommend.

"Avoid next day delivery"

Placed an order, early afternoon on one Thursday. Paid extra for "Next day rush delivery", so that it would come Friday and I would have them for the weekend.Its now Friday night and hasn't even been packed yet! So much for 'rushed'. As its now the weekend, I expect it'll be several days before I hear anything.

"Spongy and comfy"

These are very spongy and comfortable. Neg- they are a little loose on the top of slider so small feet can move about. Otherwise very good.

"Don't bother paying the extra for next."

Don't bother paying the extra for next day delivery as it won't happen based on my experience....is false advertising and shouldn't be being offered. Hard to get in touch with customer service and can't track order. They keep say not to worry as it will arrive in time for Christmas which I couldn't care less about when I needed it this week for a birthday present! Go elsewhere.

Products great and as described - thank you. I am much warmer and more comfortable already. Courier service was the only issue though dispatch was very quick.

"Disappointed!"

I ordered a black and an orange pair of these sliders because they were on special offer. I was very impressed with the delivery but disappointed when I opened the package and found the black pair to be squashed out of shape. At this price point (even on special offer) the shoes should have a cardboard insert to keep them in shape! They also come up quite small. I ordered a 5 and a half and they are quite snug. They do feel extremely comfortable but so far they've not regained their shape! Shame!

"Delivery delays"

Ordered on the basis it would take 2-5 days to arrive. Having chased today I'm told the delivery times are now 7-9 days. As this is a gift it is a little frustrating that the website has only just been updated with this info rather than being updated earlier ahead of customers placing orders. I will update once order is received.
