"Really poor service"

Really poor service, the wait for my refund goes on, you can bet from this review I'll be asked for all the usual time wasting nonsense, you have the goods signed for return as ask for. A refund would be nice.Never again would I order from you, daylight robbery no excusesLittle update sent in proof of return and refund was processed almost immediately

"Rip off"

I brought two pairs size 5 for my daughter and size seven for myself, there were a very small fit and even the size 7 was too small for my daughter who normally wear a size 5There were not flexible and was quite hard and uncomfortable,Plus I had to pay $8.89 to return themI would not recommend these

"Bags of soft cuddliness"

Ordered slippers and blanket hoodies for Christmas presents and they came promptly and in their own little bags. Loved the free eye mask. Only disappointment was that the small in the slippers may not be small enough for my tiny footed friend but happy with the colours and quality.

"Love it!!"

Love my blanket wish it came in a larger size to cover the whole bed. I've not slept in years but I believe I'm getting more sleep now... I'm not getting up 6-7 times a night only 2-3 times so it's a winner for me hopefully I will sleep all night one day!

I brought a kuddie blanket $60 to help soothe the burning pain in my legs due to post polio !As soon as the heavy parcel arrived I knew I had made a mistake ! The weakness in my arms could not lift the blanket to take it out of the cover I emailed the company to explain and request a returns label This was when I was told I had to return it at my own cost !! So now after causing me a lot of pressure of me organizing a pick up from my home to Glasgow at the minimum cost of $9 plus As a disable person living on disability benefits this has been an unnecessary expensive mistake on my behalf The company make a big selling point of free delivery. Shame they don't make it clear YOU RETURN an unsuitable item AT YOUR OWN EXPENSIVE Maybe disabled folk should think twice before buying !!!

Really soft and comfortable, the delivery was really good and quick. Packaging was great and used it on my legs and it really helps keep my legs calm, would recommend it to anyone

"The products are substandard and the."

The products are substandard and the customer service matches. I got a pillow and a case from Kudly. I was shocked at how low the quality was for such a high price tag. The packaging ripped my finger open so I couldn't return the product. The 'silk' pillow case causes static and isn't soft like my other silk cases.The pillow is so uncomfortable it's full of memory foam off cuts that bunch together and are so uncomfortable no matter how little or large the amount you fill it with.All customer service could say was so many people were pleased with the product that's no excuse for low quality products. I can only presume people get drawn in by branding and claims of many happy customers but no one wants a bunched up pillow full of scraps for an inflated cost! The pillow has got worse as time goes on and it isn't even used for sleeping on just a prop pillow.Please note the 'customer services' stock reply. You pay for the return costs which would be high on the products and they refused to take the product as it had blood from opening the dodge packaging. You can get better in budget shops (which isn't great quality) on the high street for a fraction of the cost and can return them for free if they are substandard along with feeling the quality of the product before you are lumbered with it.

"AVOID!!!"

AVOID! Ordered well in advance of Christmas and paid for guaranteed delivered for before. Had to chase on a number of occasions with all but one of my emails being answered. The items were not sent in time for delivery and all I got was a half hearted apology and a refund for the guaranteed delivery. AVOID and shop with a company that can fulfil an order. Seemingly I'm not the only one with hundreds of recent negative reviews. I would be surprised if the company recovers from such bad publicity and poor logistics at the busiest time of the year!
