"Don't bother horrendous."

Ordered sliders wish I had never bothered, they are large hard plastic, too chunky, caused blisters on both sides of my feet and are altogether too heavy. I am now struggling to get a refund. Saying I need to produce a tracking number even though on website it states they can't use this to guarantee receipt with this so what is the reason. Customer service was nice until I stated the issue then have become almost hostile. The request for reviews is almost stalkerish as soon as you get confirmation email they then hound you for a review even though not received them. I even had to chase up delivery as it to longer than they stated. Do not recommend and would advise to stay away

Still awaiting delivery of items that were ordered on the 1ST EMBER. Emailed this company 3 times. All they do is offer a verbal apology and say it's a busy time of the year. Shocking to think that 18 DAYS have passed and our parcel is just sitting with their courier. They are effectively just leaving customers items with couriers and not finding any proactive means of collecting the items themselves if couriers fail them. They have offered no compensation for permitting an apparent 2-5 day delivery time turn into 18 days and counting. If I could give no stars I sadly would.

"The blanket feels lovely"

The blanket feels lovely, unfortunately it is not for me. I didn't realise how heavy it was going to be for me to use or even to pick up, with having muscle weakness in my arms it was too much. Although it wasn't for me, i must say that the quality was really good, when i did use it i slept well. I would recommend it and wish i could have used it more.

"Colours are very light."

The blankets I bought are lovely. We'll finished and great quality. The colous however we're not as expected. I got the green. In fairness it is green but incredibly pale. The other was supposed to be grey. At very best it's a light ivory white.Neither colour is great when dealing with autistic individuals. I wish they were in darker, more concealing colours, and unfortunately they are not the right size for quilt covers..

It's been two months since I placed my order and I never received what I paid for. No follow ups from the company.

Ordered 3/12 - despite site showing items in stock and quick delivery times, order still hasn't progressed as at 13/12. No idea if I will receive items for Xmas and wish I had ordered elsewhere. Will be pursuing chargeback with credit card company. Advice - buy elsewhere.

"Well pleased with my purchase of."

Well pleased with my purchase of outdoor kuddly. It's very warm with the fleece lining throughout. I can't say how waterproof it is yet but was ok in a light shower. My only con is that I would like about an extra 2ins on the sleeve length as I am 6'4ins tall with long arms. I have an indoor oodie which has longer sleeves but their outdoor version is only shower proof.

"Becoming concerned about my order."

Becoming concerned about my order number #262024. this order was placed a week ago and I haven't heard anything and I can't see any way to track this order. I thought it said it would be delivered within one to 3 business days. I had originally ordered from oodie for Christmas but they weren't able to deliver so I cancelled the order and made this order with kuddly instead thinking I would be fine. I'm now becoming really concerned that this won't arrive now for Christmas. please can someone let me know the situation as soon as possible . Thank you
