"Lovely pillow but..."
The dream pillow is so comfortable and having used it for a few weeks I no longer wake up with neck pain or headache. I really like that the pillow can be adjusted to your own personal preference. The only drawback is the pillowcase itself, it is quite thick and having washed it several times it does take a long time to dry. I contacted customer services to enquire about buying another case and was advised they don't sell them but do sell a silk one instead or I can use a normal pillow case. As the case is padded the options they gave are not really suitable. Kudd.ly are definitely missing this from their range of otherwise great products.

"Expensive, but worth it"
Extra warm, extra large item of clothing is perfect to prevent hypothermia when camping this time of year. Makes getting out of the sleeping bag on a freezing morning a pleasure. The bag - although very useful is not as well made, I had to restitch the seem and the free eye shades although very comfortable and blocked out light well smelt strongly of glue.

"Ordered 28/03 nothing as of 25/04"
***Update 27/04 - still nothing arrived, status on DPD app is that they are still awaiting the item. Kudd.ly have advised me that DPD have lost it and apologised for the inconvenience caused by DPD. Given that DPD have never let me down and so far Kudd.ly have not delivered anything I am not sure who to trust here. No ackowledgement or apology for the month delay from their side. My options are to wait for another order to be sent out or to cancel for a refund. Great..._____I ordered on 28th March. At the time shipping said next day delivery. Within 24 hours I had received an email saying that the items were being held up and would be dispatched on 20th. I received a notification not he 21st that my items had been packed to ship and I have notification that DPD is awaiting the package. This has been the case for 4 days. I appreciate that there are lots of logistical issues at the moment but, that being the case, the website and advertising should have specified honest delivery estimates. Once I finally receive the products I will give a fair review of them but so far my experience is poor.

I bought a 5kg blanket for myself, to keep cool. I also bought 2 heaver weighted blankets for friends with Fibromyalgia and they seem to like them

If I could give zero stars I would - I ordered 2 pillows and shoes over a week ago. Had nothing sent out, no follow up email, have chased twice. Worried this is a scam? Awful company!

Really comfy and great for managing pain in my heels; however, I would order a half size bigger than my shoes size next time.

Quick delivery, comfy, but I wish I had ordered a bigger size, I am normally a size 7 but could do with a half size bigger, because of this my big toe rubs on the front.

"Very dissatisfactory experience and a size nightmare!"
Unfortunately I'm here to write my first poor review.I received my komfie slippers the other day along with my other items (which those other items where fine!) I was throughly disappointed with the slippers, despite having a smaller foot size than the slippers sent to me(L/XL) my foot length is around 25cm, I always leave a few extra cm for a better fit but when I tried on my comfies they felt super small, despite ordering a L/XL I'm convinced I was sent a smaller size because they're the exact size of my Kloud sliders when I ordered them online (I tried to measure them but I found it super hard to get an exact size due to fluff and inside measurements) my big toes would push up against the end leading to having to fold the back slightly to fit my foot and even then it didn't fit properly, there's no way to tell the size on the product itself which is frustrating, unlike the Kloud slides these are blank I think they should be adding the size so incase there's some weird inventory mix up or factory mistake because I don't know if it's me or the slippers themselves! The size chart is super bare bones and I think it should go into a bit more detail like the Kloud slides atleast.Not only this but despite having a left or right foot on them, it's impossible to tell which is which, I talked via email and was originally told that the zipper should be different (turned out this was wrong so I was mislead which has me a bit annoyed because I wanted to love them because despite issues they're comfy) as a company that deals with people with disabilities because there products provide help etc, when someone like me who has sight and issues telling things apart etc there should be a way to distinguish left to right I thought this was simple production stuff! So now I'm going even more crazy over the fact I don't know if it's me or the slipper has given me nothing but aniexty.Lastly while my experience may be warped due to a size issue the base felt like it wasn't grippy and kept sliding around making someone who can't walk well (I use either crutches or a wheelchair) I felt like I was going to slip or bend my ankle for the small time I could walk so I wouldn't recommend them to people with balance or walking issues but again this might be warped due to above issues.Overall my customer service experience was ent, wasn't great I felt like a few of the replys lacked any kind of emotion and made me fell a bit let down compared to my normal amazing experience(the return instructions felt demanding and a bit condersending) I have with kuddly, by far I love this company but this experience has been nothing but hell for me and now I need to find and pay for a way to return a product I personally think is faulty for 50$ it leaves many things undesirable, I'm not asking for special treatment etc but just some more care in the process.While this experience was not fun, this won't stop me buying there hoddies etc but it will make me wary of buying there foot products and recommendations to others a bit flaky in the future.So yer I can't recommend this product but take my review with a grain of salt!!

"Excellent goods"
Excellent goods. Love the sliders. So comfy. Quick delivery. Although they didn't inform a product was out of stock and would therefore take longer to receive. I had to chase them up. Also I don't like the fact you can't order different products on one order! What's that all about?
