"Do not buy slippers from this company"

Do not buy slippers from this company. I bought 2 pairs of the heated slippers when they were on offer. I researched their sizing guide. Accordingly, I bought a S/M for myself (I am usually a 4.5 - 5) and a L for a gift for a male friend (who is usually a size 11.) My slippers are tight, one is way tighter than the other. The L did not go near my friend's feet, so I gave them to a female friend, who is a size 8. She cannot get them on with the heated pad in as they are way too tight. When I tried to call the advertised telephone number (WhatsApp) it does not work, so I had to resort to emailing customer service. Not a helpful experience. I asked how to return my pair - I have to pay postage, which was non refundable, then, if they deemed it acceptable, they would refund me. I dread to think of the cost of posting these heavy slippers back ( the heated bags weigh quite a lot) so I am just going to donate them. All in all, my money was wasted with this company and I strongly recommend you avoid doing the same thing.

"A very disappointed customer!"

I am not at all happy with these sliders that I purchased the sizing is incorrect they're too small, and also very uncomfortable plus they squeak. I was hoping my feet would mould into to them but after wearing them constantly for two day's it hasn't happened. I have wasted my money, I should have purchased a cheap pair from Ebay. These sliders are way over priced. I am a very disappointed with my purchase!!

I like the flip flops they're nice and squishy, I've knocked a star off because with bare feet they get sweaty in this hot weather perhaps putting the cut out bit on both sides would cure this ?

"Worth the wait"

After a delayed delivery I was frustbut I have to say it was definitely worth the wait. 4 weighted blankets and now 4 happy calm, chilled all night sleepers!!

"Fit incorrectly"

My order came quickly, which I was happy with. The slidders are a wise feet and I have quite slim feet that they are slipping off of my feet. I also ordered two pairs the same size and both of which fit very differently! I brought them because I have plantar fasciitis and was hoping they would help but because of the fit of them not sure how they are going to assist me

Ordered a pair of slippers that were meant to be L-XL but we're M-Lwhich they were not so emailed company and they sent out a new pair which was M-L. I emailed them again and I am returning the slippers to get a full refund.

Sense a common theme. Ordered mid nov, said it would be dispatched 2days ago for next day delivery. Still nothing. Fear it may not arrive before Xmas now. Not sure how the company can have a month notice and still not be able to send the goods on time. Appalling!

"Great product but a stressful purchase!"

They turned out to be a great company to deal with who have a brilliant product. Although there were some sticky moments!! Kept seeing adverts for their hooded blankets along with a fantastic saving if you used the code. I didn't believe for one minute that the original price before the savings was genuine - but I was happy to pay $85 for two hooded blankets and would not have wanted to pay their 'before sale' price. There is something I should point out at this point as it's important to my review later on...although I clicked the link and went through to their web site, at no time did I realise that they also sold weighted blankets. All I ever saw were photos for the hooded blankets, which was great as these were what I was after! I ordered two and was given a delivery date of about two weeks away. I appreciated they were a small company that had suddenly been inundated with orders. My confirmation order came through although at the time I didn't take any notice of it other than it said I'd receive a further email when my items were dispatched. This was important as I intended to post one out to my sons girlfriend in Germany. As the date got nearer I didn't receive a dispatch email so I re-checked my order. It was only then that I realised the order had gone through for two weighted blankets rather than the hooded ones. I double checked the website and sure enough, found that they also sold these blankets (although a totally different code was needed to order these). There was absolutely no way that I had mistakenly ordered weighted blankets. But there was no mistaking my original confirmation .....I should have checked back then. There were no contact details for this company other than an email address. I did begin to panic. I emailed them. After a couple of days the company got back in touch with me and quickly agreed to change my order to what I really wanted. There was no fuss...phew!! Unfortunately this put my delivery date back by another four weeks, so not in time for my Christmas delivery. The items arrived and they were amazing. Really good quality with no skimping on sizing. Beautiful, oversized, soft, good quality hooded blankets. I couldn't be more happier. But god was it stressful ordering from them!! I didn't know until right until the last minute if they were going to arrive. I do think this company should have a telephone number on their website. I know it sounds picky as in the end the product was bloody fantastic, but when you're spending money with a company for the first time you obviously have a few doubts. I can't say it was a stress free purchase, but it was worth it in the end!!

"Good value, comfy but not elegant"

Lightweight mules which are very comfortable on the base of your foot. A bit tight over the foot if you have broad feet but I'm hoping they will stretch. Good value and good comms from company. Not very elegant though!
