"The blanket feels lovely"

The blanket feels lovely, unfortunately it is not for me. I didn't realise how heavy it was going to be for me to use or even to pick up, with having muscle weakness in my arms it was too much. Although it wasn't for me, i must say that the quality was really good, when i did use it i slept well. I would recommend it and wish i could have used it more.

"Colours are very light."

The blankets I bought are lovely. We'll finished and great quality. The colous however we're not as expected. I got the green. In fairness it is green but incredibly pale. The other was supposed to be grey. At very best it's a light ivory white.Neither colour is great when dealing with autistic individuals. I wish they were in darker, more concealing colours, and unfortunately they are not the right size for quilt covers..

"Disappointed"

It's been two months since I placed my order and I never received what I paid for. No follow ups from the company.

"No progress with order"

Ordered 3/12 - despite site showing items in stock and quick delivery times, order still hasn't progressed as at 13/12. No idea if I will receive items for Xmas and wish I had ordered elsewhere. Will be pursuing chargeback with credit card company. Advice - buy elsewhere.

"Well pleased with my purchase of."

Well pleased with my purchase of outdoor kuddly. It's very warm with the fleece lining throughout. I can't say how waterproof it is yet but was ok in a light shower. My only con is that I would like about an extra 2ins on the sleeve length as I am 6'4ins tall with long arms. I have an indoor oodie which has longer sleeves but their outdoor version is only shower proof.

"Becoming concerned about my order."

Becoming concerned about my order number #262024. this order was placed a week ago and I haven't heard anything and I can't see any way to track this order. I thought it said it would be delivered within one to 3 business days. I had originally ordered from oodie for Christmas but they weren't able to deliver so I cancelled the order and made this order with kuddly instead thinking I would be fine. I'm now becoming really concerned that this won't arrive now for Christmas. please can someone let me know the situation as soon as possible . Thank you

Sorry folks but sometimes they get it wrong and I am finding it difficult to get a reply from the company . I ordered a second pair of hoodies as presents , I had already purchased two with blankets several weeks ago and then spotted and ordered a separate single black hoodie from their site at the same time . The money has gone out but the single black hoodie has not arrived within the usual time frame . I have sent an email and had no Reply or acknowledgement of my issue . I know it's a busy time for online retailers but when I pay a premium price I expect a good service . Let's see if this has any effect .Robin Dark

"I recently ordered"

I recently ordered. Kudd.ly weighted blanket, and love it so much that I ordered two more. My kids also love them. They're great quality, super soft, and comforting. They arrived quickly.

"Very disappointed and still waiting!!"

I ordered 3 kuddlys, on 18 November ne of which was a birthday present for Monday just gone. Customer service did contact saying that they would arrive today, 30 November, but still not sign of them and no further emails or reply to my email. Increasingly disappointed especially due to lack of follow up now

"Cooling weighted blanket is not cooling"

Cooling weighted blanket does not make you cool, however it is a nice weighted blanket. Unfortunately I bought for the cooling effect as I already have 2 other weighted blankets, hence only 4 stars.The customer service was great though, as when I called to say I received the blanket but noticed they were now cheaper they refunded me the difference to save returning the unused ones and buying new.
