Only 4 stars because my blanket took a few weeks to arrive. I love it though! I use it most nights and it is cozy but doesnt make me too warm in bed. It is heavy to lift but doesn't feel uncomfortable when using. The price compared to other brands makes it more affordable and the bonus is it is machine washable!

Order two pairs of sliders and unfortunately they were out of stock but i was told this the next day and was given the choice to have a refund or to wait until 10 days when they were to be in stock i chose to wait still waiting on my order but the response was quick to the the order being placed,

I was SUPER looking forward to receiving my kuddly order (ordered 4 for the family). Been a few weeks since the order and I still only have the original confirmation email of the order. The tracking service says it cannot track my order. I have waited as the website said that certain kuddlyhoodies wouldn't be available till the 25th Jan. It is now the 30th of Jan and I still cannot track my order nor have I received any contact back off kuddly despite using their contact us form 3 times now. Im starting to worry that I have been scammed. Has anyone else had this issue but eventually received their hoodie?

"wrong order delivered"

Ordered a kudd.ly for the fellas birthday. Got the wrong order. Did struggle to find how to contact. But when i found how to contact them i was sent a return label and finally got the correct order. After using the bag to store it in a few times it did rip slightly at the top. But easily fixed with some thread.

Awful, cheap, badly fitting product.Almost impossible to find a way to return.Stay well away.

"Creases."

My delivery was not long at all but the hoody was vacuum packed and very very creased. How do i get the creases out it is for a gift.

Excellent customer service. Ordered 2 pairs of sliders mis sized slightly. Needed next size up for both. They are extremely comfy though, seem to have good support. Unfortunately I didn't order for myself as were gifts for my sister and daughter. But had to try them on :)

Delivery time scale excellent for this time of year,vacuumed sealed also in kudd.ly printed drawstring bag which is a great help.Although the items are not very thick they are yet to be tried out ,but they're gifts.

"Stock/delivery times are complete lies"

Ordered 4 in-stock hoodies 2 weeks ago for delivery in 3-5 business days. Items haven't even been despatched.No order tracking, had to email support to for an update, and was told that items may get despatched early next week, no reason why there is such a delay.Someone I know ordered after me, out of stock items that were pre-ordered, and their order has been despatched.Their order was despatched via Royal Mail too so with the upcoming strikes on Wednesday and Thursday I am not hopeful that I will see my order anytime soon.Don't shop here if you want your order in a reasonable time, the delivery timeframe is just a lie to make you place an order. Black Friday can't be blamed if you are still stating that orders will arrive in a specified time.
