"Awful customer service!"

Ordered a blanket hoodie 12.11.2020. Supposed to be despatched 15.12.2020. Had no tracking information, emailed multiple times, has not been shipped & no replies from the company. This is not a cheap item & was a Christmas present. VERY disappointing!!!!There has been NO email sent today, and yes, junk mail checked! I appreciate things are back logged but no update, no tracking, no shipping info is horrendous customer service

"Lovely comforting items"

Have now purchased 2 cooling weighted blankets, 3 hoodies, a pair of slippers and normal weighted blanket! My only complaint is that the "grey" colour of the cooling blankets is more a "dirty white" than grey but otherwise everything is excellent - quickly dispatched and received and very comforting to use. I have had other weighted blankets before, but found I prefer my Kudd.ly one the most.

"Customer Service non-existent"

The product Itself is great. But I also want to return an item, the lack of customer service is SHOCKING. Trying to find out how to return an item in the 1st place isn't easy, not on the order confirmation, and no delivery note with return details. Once I did email, the automated reply says to not chase as this will put you to the back of the queue. So far 5 days and no reply. And I only have 30 days grace to return.

Everything was good from delivery to customer service, even sent me extra filling for my Dream Pillow.At first the pillow was perfect really sort yet supportive got rid of my neck pains. But unfortunately after about 8 months the pillow has become hard ive tried swaping out the filling and different levels of filling but nothing seems to work now the pain in my neck is back. Shame because it was brilliant at first not sure what the life span is on a pillow. Apart from that its was very good.

Excellent blankets, great quality and swift delivery.The only reason I have marked down 1 star is because we bought 2 blankets for our kids, the blanket is perfect for our eldest child but our youngest it's a little large and he struggles with it somtimes.

My kudd.ly hoodie arrived quick and in excellent condition although some packaging did not seem environmentally friendly. It is extremely cosy I just wish it was long enough to cover my legs fully (iam 6.2).I deal for my office work in my loft this winter

"Product quality is exceptional but don't expect your order anytime soon"

Product quality is exceptional. Slight delays with delivery in run up to Christmas but I was kept informed and everything arrived just in time. Ordered second lot of hoodies and another blanket (yes, they are that good) but feels like they are unable to fulfil the orders. Lots of comments on FB about this with customers reporting the same. After chasing for almost a month have been told "order has been lost". DPD never received it in the first place.

I would have given 5 stars. However, the wait time was too long although I was informed of this from the outset.The blanket is excellent. Great quality, extremely soft and a good weight. My daughter loves it and won't sleep without it. I would definitely purchase again.

"A great help"

I ended up purchasing two of the weighted blankets. One for my wife and one for her aunt. They have both found them comfortable and helpfull with their complaints. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.
