"Beware of this company"

I ordered a pair of sliders from the above company. I could not find a telephone number so I emailed them at least 10 times requesting a return label or an address so I can post it back for a refund. They have completely ignored me. Very quick to process a payment but reluctant to communicate with you if you want a refund. This is possibly the worse company I have ever dealt with. I will pursue this until I get my refund. Be careful before you buy from them. Totally unscrupulous. Maralyn Wnek

"Item never arrived!"

Ordered from Kudd.ly in the past and there is no doubt that the quality is amazing (hence ordering again). Unfortunately they use Royal Mail and my 2nd order has never been received. Contacted Kudd.ly who claim to have dispatched to Royal Mail, however Royal Mail are saying it has never been scanned onto their system. Customer service not very helpful. Have now had to resort to Paypal for a refund. Thank goodness I used paypal! Will not order again for this reason.

"I ordered 2x blankets on 3rd"

I ordered 2x blankets on 3rd. Invoice KUDDLY70459. Money has been taken out of my account and I have had no communication on the update of my order or where abouts it is in the process. I have emailed and messaged via Facebook. I'm so upset as it may not seem like a large amount of money to some, but to me it is and I'm worried I have been scammed. Please help.

"A new concept for me"

A new concept for me , but I like to have a duvet no matter how hot the weather is and I think this product will be great. I find it comfortable and comforting to use and I am sure with will aid restful sleep, which sometimes evades me.

"Failed to deliver as advertised"

Failed to deliver as advertised. No communications. Poor service. Wasted time and as a result, extra costs. They are higher than others in the market for their quality but would suggest this doesn't compensate for poor service.

"Poor Service, No Goods - AVOID"

NO SIGN OF GOODS - Having placed 2 sperate orders on the 30th November 2022, one item was on back order due in the 10th ember and the other was in stock. I received the order confirmations - and duly awaiting the order that was in stock. Nothing happened. I emailed support on the 6th ember as the one order had not been dispatched. Email confirmation came back to say they were very sorry... all items were in and i would receive and email with the Tracking numbers.. well this came through - tracking numbers for Royal Mail are useless - info was updated once on the Tracking to say they had been informed by the company that the item had been dispatched on the 12th ember and further info would be available when the item was scanned in. Since then i have emailed support 5 times - had a reply on the 19th ember from Alex advising to contact them if the items did not appear in 1-2 days and they would send out again via another faster courier.. well 3 further emails to advise no sign of goods - no updated tracking - all without response!! I am now at the end of my tether as well as having 2 family members without presents. I understand that Royal Mail have issues - however, I think 22 days is now excessive with only Kuddlys word the items have actually been dispatched. All evidence on Royal Mail side would indicate they havent had the parcels! The lack of any response to emails in the last few days - including the automatic response is totally unacceptable - Again I appreciate they are snowed under - but reading the reviews on here it looks like they have a number of issues aside from Royal Mail and I am not confident I will be receiving my orders any time soon. I would strongly suggest you give this company a miss around the Christmas period - or order at least 2 months in advance of when you need the items!
