"No delivery of Bloodfire Quest book paid for"

Had initially ordered and paid for 2 books of which 1 was never delivered, despite sending 2 emails to enquire why I never received any acknowledgement or reply, I eventually had to order and pay for the same book a second time, poor show WOB

"Ex library books!"

I disliked having a book that was previously a library book complete with the page of date stamps. I wondered who had not returned that book to the library but sold it to yourselves?!

"Badly let down by your delivery."

Badly let down by your delivery company. Still waiting for a refund for non delivery of paid for books.

"A book, condition not as described"

Three of the books I ordered were just as described, however Foster by Claire Keegan is heavily underlined in red ink on almost every page. Hugely disappointing.

Always had really great service and really great items and couldn't fault WOB.My last order was a bad experience, two items that I ordered I got the correct titles but very wrong editions!Very disappointing so it looks like you see an item but don't get what you order. Complained but still wasn't offered the correct item!

"Missing/incorrectly described items"

Ordered 4 books on a deal in very good condition. 3 arrived, 1 did not meet my expectations in terms of condition (a replacement is on the way) 4th book was refunded but i only realised this because PayPal advised. I had no communication from WOB. This is standard in my experience

"The books arrived and although not torn."

The books arrived and although not torn they were heavily stained brown and smelled strongly of smoke. Had to throw them all in the bin. Tried to put in a complaint but you can't speak to anyone and a picture would not have explained the issue. Very disappointed. Will not be ordering again

Books good but Royal Mail delivery not so good. Books were scheduled to be sent to local PO but were left behind a plant pot in open view.

I received exactly what I ordered and in a timely manner and therefore am pleased with the service and would not hesitate in making another purchase.
