I have not received this book and have informed you of this. You have not even responded.

I received only two out of the 7 books ordered. I have attempted on multiple occasions to email my concerns and received no response. To say that I am unhappy is an understatement.

2 of the 8 books in my order haven't arrived. When contacting customer services (which isn't easy to do), I have been told that they have been delivered and to check with a neighbour. Further communication is being ignored. I have shopped via this website several times before but won't be doing so again unless I receive a refund for the missing products.

"Shoddy packaging again!!!"

I bought a collector's edition book described as very good condition which it would have been had it been adequately packaged for transit.Unfortunately this was not the case again...item arrived in a paper envelope which had no bubble wrap whatsoever the envelope was not waterproof let alone resistant so the book was soaked upon arrival and badly beaten up whilst in transit.If you are willing to sell these beautiful books to collectors why not take the time and effort to package these accordingly. I would have paid extra if offered to make sure my book was protected both from transit and the good old british rain.Great price for the book itself but it was worthless by the time it got to me.Come on WOB take the time to protect these books.World of book killers.
