"Packaging of books very poor"

Packaging of books very poor. They are just wrapped in a plastic bag/envelope so when they are posted through a letterbox and land on one of their corners they get damaged easily

Not over impressed said the books were used in good condition but a interactive potty training book had bits missing (where the reader is supposed to look under ect ) also the forth "free"book was little more than a paper freebie given away on world book day ! Won't use again

Book wasn't the edition that aligned with the picture - didn't know what the ISBN should be because I didn't have the book. The correct title but wrong edition arrived. I was in a fairly poor condition. It was only $11 but it was disappointing.

I bought these books twice! Once via eBay to WOB and I didn't get them and once direct with WOB which arrived very quickly. One book, the other half of Augusta hope, was not in a very good condition as the first third of the pages were detached at the bottom inch.Overall I am pleased with WOB as it saves me money.

The prices are very favourable, but for me, I'm sorry, but grubby books turn me off. Not one of the four books ordered is pleasant to hold.

"BEWARE Rogue Algorythms"

A Book retailed at $2.99, sold by WOB for $3.70 because their Aggrorythm decided that because of its rarety - it was a freeby in some mag, I believe - was worth far more than its actual value. I was the fool who did'nt realise this and paid their asking price - to my cost.When contacted about this, WOB had no interest in the issue or putting it right.

"Absolutely no communication"

Absolutely no communication, only 1 of 2 books arrived. 1st one came on time, 2nd book hadn't arrived in over 2months. No tracking or communication from WOB.
