"My book went missing in transit"
My book went missing in transit. I contacted WOB via e mail and was offered a replacement, so I chose something else. I waited for over 48 hours for a response in regard to my new choice - no further information from WOB. I'm still waiting for a response. If nothing happens in regards to a refund or my new choice I will going via Paypal for a dispute resolution refund. I've had no problem with WOB before, but their customer service contact options are not very user friendly - you can't ring to actually speak to a person. Their 'chat' is automatic and useless and the only other contact is via e mail; which would work if they responded in a timely manner!!

"Average/good' not 'very good'"
The Noddy books were classified as 'very good'. The covers hadn't been wiped and there was a tear in one of them. We would class them as 'average/good'.

"Beware of second-hand revision guides!"
I bought some novels, which were fine, and some revision guides. Some of the revision guides had some of the pages of questions already answered, in one case in pen. I was probably naive for assuming people wouldn't donate revision books with questions answered, or that the dealer would have checked before offering them for sale, but either way I'd be wary of buying second-hand study guides again without seeing them first.

"Goods not the quality advertised"
Ordered 2 books, both advertised as very good quality. One was great, the other had broken binding and the front page was ripped and half was missing

"Jumps on a few tracks."
Quite a few of the tracks on this CD jump, I know it's used but very disappointed with the quality. I've purchased before and never had this problem. Suppose it's the luck of the draw.

I ordered frozen 5 minutes stories through Amazon, the description was very good condition however, there were writings on the pages of the book.

First time I've had an issue with this company! Sent out book in wrong language and when I queried this I just got automated replies indicating "your order is on the way" Very frustrating!Eventually, after initiating a dispute through the bank I was offered a refund, but it is yet to appear in my account.Will not be ordering from them again!

"Paper back"
The quality of the paperback advertised was good condition. However on receipt, it was not, it was old and the paper had yellowed to a level, that I found it unreadable. Went in the bin.
