I bought a book in very good condition. The book that arrived was not in very good condition and when I got sent a second replacement book, it was in worse condition than the first

I like using the website and find it easy to move round. The parcel arrived within the time frame quoted but unfortunately one package was destroyed in transit. The books weren't unduly damaged but maybe less pristine which was a pity as they were a gift.

The only problem I have is after creating an account everything I logged in I waited for a text message to arrive which never did I checked my spam it wasn't in there, I needed to check my account to double check my orders as I received a book that I don't remember ordering as it wasn't the type of book that was part of my orders which are all crime fiction. Other than that everything was great.

On this occasion the book was not as described and had written notes inside. Customer service resolved the issue quickly with the offer of another book or refund. I have ordered books many times from this company and this is the first time an item has not been as described. I would recommend this company and will definitely order from them again.

Well the website said the books were in very good condition. To me that would mean like they had hardly been used. Stained, dirty and very used. Waste of money
