"Issue resolved quickly and professionally"

I had an issue with the quality of my original order so I reached out to them and got a response within five minutes resolving my issue and assuring me that a replacement would be posted within 24 hours. Great customer service, I will be continuing to shop with them.

Worse! I haven't received my order until now!!! I ordered the books 4 of April 2024. When I tracked my order it said it's returned to sender. And the Royal mail courier gave the random picture and that's not my parcel. I tried to contact WOB but nothing! I sent email but they don't reply my email. And I don't get any email or any update from my order!!! I won't trust this website anymore. Waste money waste time!

I never received the book, and there's no way to get in contact with WOB. The tracking link has no information.

Condition of the book was unacceptable. I ordered the title in ' very good condition '. The book had lots of writing and some staining on the inside. Generally poor condition and quite grubby. Very disappointing but arrived on time and properly packed so 2 stars.

"My first disappointment"

My first disappointment. I ordered four books, three arrived in one parcel but the fourth didn't arrive. I checked with Royal Mail but because they had delivered a parcel they didn't want to know about a missing book.
