I could not see if it was hardback or paperback and so I don't think I'll order again unless this is very clear. As it was I received a hardback copy which is not what I wanted!

I requested the compost be left by the L.H. side gate but it was dumped on the doorstep making it very difficult to get in and out of the front door.

I ordered 5 books from wob and I picked books described as "very good condition". I also paid the top price, hoping the best would be picked out for me. Three of the books were nice and clean, but the other two are quite old, tatty and dirty. So, I am disappointed and I couldn't find any contact details to send a complaint.

Previously books described as in very good condition looked like they had hardly been used. This time they definitely looked old and marked.

The condition of the books delivered did not meet the description of what I ordered, despite paying a higher fee. I expected some use being second hand, but some had considerable tears, water damage and marks that you wouldn't consider to be "very good" condition.

Sent an empty CD cover. Have not responded despite 2 requests to send the missing CD. I can forgive the initial mistake but not the failure to put things right. I'm sticking with MusicMagpie in future.

"disappointing customer service"
ordering the books were fine and delivered quickly, however my package was ripped and two of the books i paid for were missing - have contacted them 3 times, only one of which was replied to, and wasnt helpful at all, just commented that they were delivered even tho the subject to my message was i was missing an item. I have placed orders before and they were good but im very dissatisfied with the customer service side of things this time round. I have replied to the email they sent saying yes they were delivered but im still missing two and here a couple days later i still have no response.

"Terrible experience all round."
Terrible service, I had to contact you through Facebook. Books are over priced. I can buy new books cheaper than you charged for second hand. I didn't see anywhere on the Australian website saying books would be shipped from overseas. I thought I was purchasing Australian books. One went missing in the mail, after I waited nearly 6 weeks. Will not be a returning customer.
