I've used WOB before & books received have been in good condition. This time I ordered 4 travel books, unfortunately 2 of them did not have the map. The map had been removed! Obviously of no use for my upcoming trip. This should definitely have been flagged before purchasing as I would not have bought them!

I'm still waiting for a book. I also found it difficult to contact them and the web chat Bot wasn't much help. I have now sent in a contact request which has been acknowledged but no resolution yet.

Books were shipped quickly, mostly as advertised but in the case of two of the books, they were different covers than what was shown in the image. Also, one was hard cover instead of paper back. A bit annoying but I am happy overall.

The book I ordered was described as very good condition but it arrived with bent pages and a filthy dirty cover. New one dispatched but it wasn't much better condition either.Disappointed as previous ordered arrived as stated condition.
