"Missing items"
Ordered five books. Usually have no problem with this company. Had one delivered. Have emailed three times regarding the missing books - keep getting the same automated/standard response and no human person actually dealing with the problem. They keep insisting the books (which I have waited thirteen days for despite a 'your order has been shipped' email) are in process. Have screen shot my 'order shipped' emails to them- no response to that. Have asked for replacement/refund- no answer to that. Will not be ordering from this company again.

"If condition important AVOID"
Book listed as 'Like New', so what do they do to ensure it reaches customer in same condition? Wrap it in a thin plastic bag! You can imagine the actual condition received. WHY? Where is the logic? If book condition means anything to you AVOID, there's plenty of other sellers out there.

"3 books from my order have never."
3 books from my order have never arrived (cost $8.60 in total) and despite me contacting them 5 times to date, no refund has been forthcoming. In fact after their first response, which just told me to visit the tracking page which said all items had been delivered (they have not), I have not had any replies. Ringing the phone number is a joke - just asks that you email them. So despite ordering books over 35 times in the last 4 years I am being ignored. Last time I use WoB.

"An empty envelope"
I ordered a few books from WOB. It took about a week longer than expected to arrive, and when it did what the postman delivered was an empty WOB shipping bag. No books, just an empty envelope. The postman was quite apologetic and recommended I refuse the delivery, which I did.I have tried to contact WOB but you just end up speaking to an AI chatbot that is pretty unhelpful. I've also followed up with an email but am yet to have a response from a human.My wife told me that she had an order that just never arrived and WOB basically ignored her inquiries and she's never received the order or a refund.

"I ordered two copies of the same book"
I ordered two copies of the same book. Both were marked as good condition. One copy was excellent the other was an old library book that had been stamped "Withdrawn from Stock" with library stamps inside front and back and one of the pages was folded and torn,

"Horrendous customer service"
I have ordered several times without problems. Ordered a dvd which didnt arrive after a long wait. I checked tracking regularly and eventually trackingsaid the dvd was delivered which it wasn't. Impossible to speak to a human being at customer service. After may emails which resulted in being told to use tracking to check when parcel would arrive, I was told that the dvd was showing as delivered and that I should check with my neighbours and sorting office to get my item. Still awaiting a refund

I love WOB and use them to buy all my books since I learned about them as an ethical alternative to evil Amazon. but one of my books hasn't arrived and I've not had an update: also I'd love a wish list function so I could remember the books I'm looking for if they're not immediately available.

Ordered 2 books, received "one".Requested update on missing book.No response other than an email to ask how they were doing.Customer service non existent.Still no book or refund.Won't use them again.

"Deeply Disappointed."
I am really disappointed by the screw-up you made of my last order and follow-up to my complaint. I ordered DVD's of The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo, The Girl who Played With Fire and The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest together with Looking For Eric and Play Misty For Me.I received, in one package, Paperbacks of the 1st and 3rd of the Millenium Series and, later Blueray copies of the remaining 3 films. Why I should order Bluerays when I never have before and why I should only want a DVD of the middle of a trilogy defies logic. When I filled in the complaint form the only response was a statement saying that the items I received was what I had ordered. I shall never consider using WOB again until I get a proper response!!

"Book in "very good condition but arrived in a completely opposite state"
Ordered a book that claimed to be in "very good condition" however came with a stain on the front cover as well as multiple creases on the front cover.Some of the pages were filled with writing and highlighting.The fact that the book was sold as in "very good condition" was an absolute lie and is very deceiving to customers.Not impressed xo
