"First experience of WOB"

I would have liked to give you 5 stars but one book didn't arrive a all and it took a lot of emailing to get a second copy sent. Probably not your fault but it was a bit frustrating. However, all my emails were answered promptly and the book arrived in the end! This is probably not the sort of response you want. I've heard very good reports of WOB before and will certainly use you again. It's wonderful to be able to obtain pretty well any book you can think of, and at such a fantastically low price. I'm quite happyto have a book that isn't in perfect condition and all four of the ones you sent me looked as good as new.

"The order never arrived"

The order never arrived. Despite emailing customer service several times when I finally got a reply it was not helpful at all. In the end after two weeks of RoyalMail updates saying either they would deliver it the next day or they had re-directed it back to a northern depot, which they did 4 times, I asked for a refund. This request was finally granted but I still await that refund. The whole experience around communication and actual help was appalling. I can only assume that either Royal Mail had lost the book or WOB had addressed the postcode incorrectly but neither company could be bothered to get the issue sorted our for me. Non existent customer service until I threatened a poor review. I could not find a telephone number for me to contact them either. I have used WOB before and must say that up until now I have never had cause to complain or do a poor review.

"Improve Packaging"

As a collector of old games I was very upset to receive my packages in poor condition. 2 out of the 3 games I had ordered had their discs popped out of the disc holder/disc case and had caused some minor scruff marks on the disc. Why weren't measures taken to secure the disc and case in order for this not to happen, especially knowing it's going to be shipped overseas? It should be known to the seller that there are collectors of games 20+ years old that expect their items to be in a good secure condition and not just placed in a flimsy standard shipping slip without additional packaging.I would've taped the discs down or placed a wedge inside the disc case to prevent movement and then wrapped the outside of the case in bubble wrap or packing paper to protect the outside of the case, that way the buyer will clearly see that stringent care was taken to secure and protect items. The packer need some proper training.

"Happy grandson"

The purchases were for my grandson. He already gas books 1-3. Books 4-7 were described as being in 'very good condition'. As there was writing across the closed pages of 1 book, i would not describe it, as stated. Some pages were turned, maybe as book marks. Some book covers looked tired.The books arrived in 2 packages and on time.Our grandson was happy with his gift as he has recently become a HP fan and is currently immersed in a schoolproject relating to HP and will be visiting HP World. I would use WOB again but i would ask you to review your books against the used category .

"All round good service."

I received the second hand Folio edition of Ill Met By Moonlight. It was a very good price and in good condition. Delivery was a little slower than I expected by a day or two but a good service all round.

Great selection.. Good prices... Easy to orderBut of confusion as items came in 3 separate deliveries but this was not indicated on any of the ordering screens (there is a disclaimer, that's OK, but if it affects your order it would have been polite to indicate this at any stage and reduce the worry).

4 out if 5 books arrived quickly. One was not as advertised as being in very good condition. It was in okay condition. Let them know just for future reference. They did replace it though. All in all good service.

I would give a 0 if I could. It was my first time ordering from this site and they've sent me the wrong book, after getting in touch with them they then say that they will send the correct book but a few days later get back to me saying that the new book was lost in transit. This is clearly a terrible first impression and I really recommend to save yourself the headache and order somewhere else

Order number WGB-2404-22321537. When they deliver your books, they are great. If you have a problem however, customer service is zero.I have 2 books missing from my latest order, bot says Royal Mail delivered as they have proof of delivery. Well yes, they have proof of delivery of the other books in my order, but 2 were missing and the bot doesn't understand this. No one replies to emails, no one is interested.I've spent a lot of money with this company. Will not be using again.

"The CD I ordered was in excellent condition"

The CD I ordered was in excellent condition and played without a hitch. The cover was pretty good too - no tears etc. The only drawback about the whole experience was how long the parcel took to arrive.
