"Description not accurate"
Books were sold as 'very good' but had pages bent and writing in it. Sent 2 emails complaining and online form yet still no reply. If you aren't bothered about book condition this is a great way of purchasing.

"Took close to two months to get my books"
I placed my original order March 3, 2024. I did not receive my entire completed order until April 16th, 2024. Working with customer service was an absolute nightmare when my first package was lost. And I don't mean lost as in the tracking shows delivered, but I did not receive it. I mean lost as in my tracking number populated and then showed absolutely no movement for four weeks. The customer service department was entirely unhelpful and tried to push me into just waiting and waiting and waiting. I finally told them that they needed to refund me or send me a replacement ASAP. Several books were now out of stock which I received a refund for and then the remainder of the books were again shipped to me, but extremely slowly and then I did not get them for another three weeks. I will be not be ordering from them again due to their terrible customer service and inability to fulfill orders in a timely manner.

"Despicable"
No book and no refund after three emails sent to them its worth $8.99 but its my $8.99!! they didn't even post the book!! after 6 days of waiting and contacting Royal mail they got back to me stating: we found the item was defective and you can have a replacement to the same value so I asked for a refund, the traffic lights are still at red!!! contacted ebay and opened a request...I'm still waiting!!! never again! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE FOLKS!!!

"Unfit for sale-not the "very good condition"promised."
I bought 8 books for my grandson- all were described as in "very good condition". Most of them were acceptable. However 2 of them were in a very poor state- one of the had tea stains on it and had been written in. I emailed and had a reply, which I responded to, but nothing has happened. Not good enough!!!

2 books paid for and did not arrive wrote twice and they just totally ignored me!! Not impressed yet a very regular customer

"Slight transit issues."
The books were just what I wanted, only criticism, one of the books was slightly damaged in transit, a box might have been a better means of carridge.

"Missing item"
One of my items showed up in an unsealed envelope and the book was missing. I cannot get anyone to make this right for me. They said there are no other books but i found the same title on their website

"Damaged item, poor customer service"
Sent a pre-used book that was advertised as 'very good condition' but had parts of pages cut out of it.Contacted customer services who informed me that they had sent a replacement, however I had already ordered the book from elsewhere and didn't need or want the replacement. Contacted customer services within 30 minutes of receiving their email to advise them of this. They have sent the replacement item regardless and are refusing to issue a refund for the damaged book I initially received until I return the replacement book that I didn't ask for. At no point did customer service check if I wanted a replacement or a refund.

"I purchased 4 Hard Back Books from WOB."
I purchased 4 Hard Back Books from WOB 4 SOFT BACKS CAME .INCIDENTALLY ONE OF THEM IS ONLY FIT FOR THE BIN.The first and only response to my first Email said that they would resolve the issue Since then I have written 7 more Emails to them with no response.I thought that a Customer Service Department was supposed to help ,obviously not in this case.2024

"Ongoing dispute over an order"
Ongoing dispute over an order - they are denying that the order is outstanding. Their customer service is appalling and I will not order anything else from them in future. A disgruntled reader!
