The book I purchased was categorised as "very good condition", when it arrived it was in poor condition and I had to purchase again as it was for someone else.

I started to worry where the two books I ordered and paid for took almost one month to arrive.I have never had a purchase take so long to arrive.

Honestly the quality of the books are lower than expected and I've seen how much they buy books for so a bit expensive cinsidering butttt the cheapest used books ive found and free uk delivery I love wob.

It came earlier than expected (my books always do) a few of the pages had been folded over which I wasnt too happy with especially buying it in "really good" condition. Even when buying in good condition there's never been any pages bent or folded it was just a little upsetting the books pages had been folded quite a few times and I can't get the folds out but otherwise the book is in good condition and no pages missing or rips etc

I ordered 4 books. They were all described as Very Good condition. 3 were very good but one was not- it had very yellowed pages which I dislike and was grubby. The other 3 were so different- clean and in great condition.
