I had issues with the condition of two of the books in my order. Four emails have now been ignored and the issue remains unresolved. Not impressed.

Parcel was opened and a strange book had been put in instead of what I asked for . The company were very good and replaced books no problem. However once again when it arrived it was open.

I have not received my book. I have not received a response to my questions. I have not received a replacement, although I have been offered one. I have not received a refund. You cannot speak to a real person and the chat bot is ineffective if something goes wrong!

"Not "very good" condition :( book was damaged"
Unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The book was labeled "very good condition" but the spine is torn and being pulled away from the book. It will have to be glued before using. "Very good condition" to me implies minimal damage, specifically to the structure of the book. The shipping packaging provided no protection of the book, especially since the book was in transit for almost 3 weeks. Honestly, I regret not just purchasing a new one from Amazon :( I will give the company the benefit of the doubt and maybe the book was damaged during shipping. I don't think they would intentionally deceive their customers. I was hopeful for a good experience with my first time using this online store, but I will hesitate to order again.

Fast delivery. 2 out of the 3 books were in very good condition as described, 1 was not in very good condition as the cover was very dirty.

The books were very old and yellowing so I would dispute the description of 'very good'. I feel disappointed as they were not very cheap given the condition they were in

I had read all of this authors books from the Library but they didn't have this one. Going to see if I can donate it to them. This was the one I really wanted to read. Not available at my cheaper book suppliers so I looked online. Price was good and now that I have looked into further about the recycling , I'm glad I bought from you. Sharing the joy of books is special ?

Parcel arrived on time. However, it would be helpful if it was made clear on the website whether the book being ordered is hardback or paperback. It is not stated.

I paid $3.59 for a book that arrived slightly damaged with a price on the front published by printer of $1 It was replaced by won but exactly the same book arrived. I paid $3.59 when I could have bought it brand new for a $1Another book I bought arrived was all in German, my fault I know, but there was nothing on website to say it was in the German language .
