Because I am part of a book group, I always get my books from WOB. To date I had always had good experiences but the last delivery of books were disappointing. Two of the four were deemed to be in 'Very Good' condition; in fact they were quite poor. Hence, on this occasion, I can only give three stars for customer satisfaction.

Didn't arrive. I got a message saying it was being processed ready for dispatch. Then nothing, no acknowledgement of posting / receipt of parcel email from Royal Mail/ no tracking information. Emailing WOB customer support got generic emails saying it had been processed and was on its way. Eventually after 11 days with nothing, customer services replied and said they would send another. I have now had an email to say this parcel has been received by the Royal Mail and should be delivered on Monday, however I am not longer at the address I asked it to be delivered to. ( The people there will keep it for me and pass it on next time I'm there, in May). I hope the book will be as described. It would have been useful if an actual person from customer services had replied sooner. Equally when I replied to customer services within 15 minutes of them getting back to me, to ask if the package could be redirected to my current address, this wasn't read/ replied to for over 24 hours by which time they said they had tried but it was too late as it had already been packaged and addressed. I do appreciate how busy everyone is but this was frustrating.

I cancelled this order about 10 mins after I placed it.. I've tried to email you about it but got no responseSo I refused delivery of the book. Your site is not the easiest to get around. I would have preferred to call you but no phone no. Quite disappointed really.I will deduct cost of book from my visa billKind regards Carol knight
