"Unable to use!"

I bought 3 dvd but can only play 1 of them as they are not compatible with my player and I can't download the necessary programs. I was unable to tell this from the website description. Could the back of the cover book or dvd be displayed on the advert ? it would save this kind of disappointment

Book ordered was described 'As New', but was heavily underlined on over fifty pages. However, after contacting WOB with evidence of problem, they put it right. A bit of a wobble for WOB, but ok in the end.

Wob sells books at affordable prices. Good help for knowledge seekers.Although books are old edition , but new edition at least 3 years should be available at much much lower prices . It will be a great help for study lovers and people who cannot afford but want to do somethinv big.
